前記アルカリ化による不純物の除去のステップは、前記酸分解のステップで得られた混合液に酸化剤及びアルカリ液を添加し、溶液のpH値を2.5~5.5に調整した後に、濾過して鉄及びアルミニウムを除去し、アルカリ化混合液を得ることを含み、
前記カルシウム-マグネシウム-リチウム同時沈殿のステップは、前記アルカリ化混合液に可溶性フッ化塩を添加し、撹拌反応してから、同時沈殿したリチウム、カルシウム、マグネシウムを濾過して除去し、濾液を得ることを含み、前記可溶性フッ化塩はフッ化ナトリウム、フッ化アンモニウムの1種又は2種の混合物であり、且つ前記可溶性フッ化塩の添加量は溶液におけるリチウム-カルシウム-マグネシウムのモル量の1~2倍であり、前記撹拌反応の温度は60℃であり、反応時間は2hであり、
前記深い熟成による不純物の除去のステップは、前記カルシウム-マグネシウム-リチウム同時沈殿のステップを経た後に得られた濾液を深く熟成し、濾過して不純物を除去した後に熟成濾液を得ることを含み、ただし、熟成時間は4hを超え、熟成温度は25℃であり、
前記相乗抽出のステップは、P204抽出剤を用いて前記熟成濾液を相乗的に抽出し、担持有機相及びラフィネートを得ることと、前記担持有機相を酸洗してから、段階的に逆抽出し、それぞれ、電池グレードのNi-Co-Mn混合液及びマンガン含有溶液を得ることとを含み、
前記精製抽出のステップは、P204抽出剤を用いて前記マンガン含有溶液を抽出して不純物を除去することを含み、得られたラフィネートは電池グレードのMn溶液である、
ことを特徴とする電池グレードのNi-Co-Mn混合液及び電池グレードのMn溶液の調製方法。 - 前記酸分解のステップは、具体的に、リチウムイオン電池の正極と負極の混合粉末を酸液に浸入させて還元剤を添加し、有価金属が完全に溶解するまで酸分解混合液を得ることを含み、ただし、前記酸液は硫酸又は塩酸であり、前記還元剤はH2O2、SO2、亜硫酸ナトリウム、ピロ亜硫酸ナトリウムの1種又は複数種の混合物である、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池グレードのNi-Co-Mn混合液及び電池グレードのMn溶液の調製方法。
- 前記酸液の添加量はその反応過程における理論モル量の1~2倍であり、前記還元剤の添加量はその反応過程における理論モル量の1~3倍である、ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電池グレードのNi-Co-Mn混合液及び電池グレードのMn溶液の調製方法。
- 前記リチウムイオン電池の正極と負極の混合粉末はニッケル、コバルト、マンガンの元素を含むリチウムイオン電池システム混合物である、ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電池グレードのNi-Co-Mn混合液及び電池グレードのMn溶液の調製方法。
- 前記酸化剤は空気、酸素、塩素酸ナトリウム、過酸化水素水、二酸化硫黄/空気の1種又は複数種の混合物であり、且つ前記酸化剤の添加量はその反応過程における理論モル量の1.05倍を超え、
前記アルカリ液は水酸化ナトリウム、水酸化カリウム、アンモニア水の1種又は複数種の混合物であり、且つ前記アルカリ液の濃度は5~32%である、ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電池グレードのNi-Co-Mn混合液及び電池グレードのMn溶液の調製方法。 - 廃水処理のステップをさらに含み、前記廃水処理のステップは前記相乗抽出のステップで得られたラフィネートを処理するために用いられる、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池グレードのNi-Co-Mn混合液及び電池グレードのMn溶液の調製方法。
