Description
本発明は包装複合材料に関する。より詳細には、本発明は光を遮断できる包装複合材料及び同材料を含む包装に関する。
「包装」は容器、材料及び所与の技術的解決策に従って使用する補助用品に対する総称であり、これは製品を保護し、保管及び運搬を容易にし、循環過程における販売を促進し、日常生活に広く使われる。例としては食品の包装、建築材料の包装、薬品の包装、その他がある。包装の安全要件及び消費者の消費水準が増す中で、包装材料は益々多様化してきている。更に遮光、酸素遮断、二酸化炭素遮断、水蒸気遮断、耐高温、機械特性及び化学的安定性などの包装材料の特質は、全てが実際の生産及び生活におけるそれらの使用を制限する。
本発明の1つの目的は、広範囲の遮光効果を有する構造的に単純な包装複合材料を提供することである。

少なくとも2層の偏光膜の偏光方向は0°ではない狭角を有する。
本発明の包装複合材料は単純な構造を有する。包装複合材料内に2層以上の偏光膜を含む偏光層を提供することにより、且つ偏光膜の偏光方向の狭角を制御することにより、獲得した包装複合材料は広範囲の遮光効果を与えられる。その上、包装として使用するとき、包装複合材料は暗所に保存する必要がある製品の保存可能期限を大きく伸ばすことができる。
本発明の具体的な実施形態は、添付図面を参照して以下に更に詳細に説明される。
本発明をより明確に示すために、本発明は好ましい実施形態及び添付図面を参照して以下に更に説明される。図面内の同様の構成要素は、同一の参照ラベルで表されている。以下に具体的に記載された内容物は説明であるが限定ではなく、本発明の保護の範囲を限定するために使用するべきではないことを当業者は理解するべきである。
偏光膜を含む包装複合材料を作製するための方法は以下の通りである。
厚さ60ミクロンの2層のポリビニルアルコール膜(重合度2400、鹸化度99.9モル%以上)が30℃の純水中に分離して置かれ、緊張した状態を保ち弛緩せず、膜が完全に膨張するように約130秒間浸され、膜は次いで、1軸延伸する間にヨウ素/ヨウ化カリウム/水の重量比が0.02/1.5/100である水溶液に浸すことによって染色される。次に膜は、1軸延伸する間に延伸倍率が元の状態の5.9倍になるまで、ヨウ化カリウム/ホウ酸/水の重量比が10/5/100である60℃の水溶液に浸すことにより、ホウ酸処理を受け、次いで2層の1軸延伸した膜は速やかに積層され、積層後の2層の膜の延伸方向の狭角は90°である(すなわち2層の偏光膜の延伸方向は直角であり、偏光方向の狭角は90°である)。膜層が緊密に接合するように、力が膜面に直角に付与される。最後に水洗が10℃の純水で約10秒間実行され、次いで乾燥が60℃で5分間実行されて、厚さ21.6ミクロンの偏光層が獲得される。
偏光膜を含む包装複合材料を作製するための方法は以下の通りである。
厚さ75ミクロンのポリビニルアルコール膜(重合度2400、鹸化度99.9モル%以上)が30℃の純水中に置かれ、緊張した状態を保ち弛緩せず、膜が完全に膨張するように約130秒間浸され、膜は次いで、1軸延伸する間にヨウ素/ヨウ化カリウム/水の重量比が0.02/1.5/100である水溶液に浸すことによって染色される。次で膜は、1軸延伸する間に延伸倍率が元の状態の5.9倍になるまで、ヨウ化カリウム/ホウ酸/水の重量比が10/5/100である60℃の水溶液に浸すことにより、ホウ酸処理を受け、次に膜はヨウ化カリウム/ホウ酸/水の重量比が10/3/100である40℃の水溶液に約30秒間浸され、それによって第2のホウ酸処理作業を受ける一方で、膜の延伸が延伸方向に約3%だけ弛緩する(最終延伸倍率は5.72倍である)。最後に水洗が10℃の純水で約10秒間実行され、次いで乾燥が60℃で5分間実行されて、厚さ13.1ミクロンの偏光膜が獲得される。
偏光膜を含む包装複合材料を作製するための方法は以下の通りである。
偏光層は、出願番号第「200780031784.2」号で発明の名称が「多層偏光繊維及びそれを使用する偏光子」である発明特許に開示された「例示-単一繊維」及び「例示-ベアファイバアレイ」の章における作製方法により作製され、ポリマーXはLMPEN(コポリマーは90%のPEN/10%のPETから作成される)であり、ポリマーYはPETGである。
Claims (14)
- 偏光膜を含む包装複合材料であって、
1軸延伸した偏光膜を3層以上含む偏光層を有し、
前記偏光膜のそれぞれは、延伸方向に1軸延伸されたものであり、
前記偏光膜の偏光方向は、前記偏光膜における前記延伸方向であり、
前記偏光膜は、第1の偏光膜、第2の偏光膜及び第3の偏光膜を有し、
前記第1の偏光膜の偏光方向と前記第2の偏光膜の偏光方向との間の挟角は45°であり、前記第1の偏光膜の偏光方向と前記第3の偏光膜の偏光方向との間の挟角は80°であり、
当該包装複合材料が、遮光効果を有し、感光性製品の保存可能期限を延ばすことができる包装複合材料。 - 前記包装複合材料は、前記偏光層の片側上に置かれた第1の表層を更に含む、請求項1に記載の包装複合材料。
- 前記包装複合材料は、前記偏光層の別の側面上に置かれた第2の表層を更に含む、請求項2に記載の包装複合材料。
- 前記表層の材料は、ポリエチレン(PE)、ポリエチレンテレフタレートグリコール(PETG)、ポリ塩化ビニル(PVC)、ポリビニルアルコール(PVA)、ポリカーボネート(PC)、ポリプロピレン(PP)、ポリスチレン(PS)、ポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)、ポリブチレンテレフタレート(PBT)、エチレン酢酸ビニル(EVA)、エチレンビニルアルコール(EVOH)、ポリ乳酸(PLA)、ポリエチレンフラノエート(PEF)、ポリエチレンナフタレート(PEN)、ポリシクロへキシレンジメチレンテレフタレートグリコール(PCTG)、ポリブチレンアジペートテレフタレート(PBAT)、ポリブチレンサクシネートテレフタレート(PBST)、ポリ塩化ビニリデン(PVDC)及びポリアミド(PA)の1つから選出される、請求項2又は3に記載の包装複合材料。
- 前記偏光層は、前記偏光膜の間に置かれた偏光膜の接着層を更に含む、請求項1に記載の包装複合材料。
- 前記偏光膜の接着層の材料は、ポリビニルアルコール接着剤、アクリレート接着剤、エチレン酢酸ビニルコポリマー接着剤、エポキシ樹脂接着剤、不飽和ポリエステル接着剤及び酢酸ビニル樹脂接着剤の1つから選出される、請求項5に記載の包装複合材料。
- 前記包装複合材料は、前記偏光層と前記第1の表層との間に置かれた表層の接着層を更に含む、請求項2に記載の包装複合材料。
- 前記包装複合材料は、前記偏光層と前記第1及び第2の表層のそれぞれの間に置かれた表層の接着層を更に含む、請求項3に記載の包装複合材料。
- 前記表層の接着層の材料は、ポリビニルアルコール接着剤、アクリレート接着剤、エチレン酢酸ビニルコポリマー接着剤、エポキシ樹脂接着剤、不飽和ポリエステル接着剤及び酢酸ビニル樹脂接着剤の1つから選出される、請求項7又は8に記載の包装複合材料。
- 前記偏光層は3~10層の偏光膜を含む、請求項1に記載の包装複合材料。
- 包装内に請求項1に記載の偏光膜を含む前記包装複合材料の使用。
- 偏光膜を含む前記包装複合材料は内容物に直接接触する、請求項11に記載の使用。
- ラベル内に請求項1に記載の偏光膜を含む前記包装複合材料の使用。
- 偏光膜を含む前記包装複合材料内で前記偏光層の厚さは20nm~10mmであり、各偏光膜の厚さは10nm~1mmである、請求項11又は13に記載の使用。
