Claims (19)
- 電極組立体、および
前記電極組立体が収納され、樹脂で形成された電池ケースを含み、
前記電池ケースは、上部ケース、側面ケースおよび下部ケースを含み、
前記側面ケースには中空が形成された円筒形電池。 - 前記側面ケースは内部ケースと外部ケースを含む、請求項1に記載の円筒形電池。
- 前記中空は前記内部ケースと前記外部ケースの間に形成された、請求項2に記載の円筒形電池。
- 前記下部ケースは端子連結部を含む、請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の円筒形電池。
- 前記端子連結部の側面には階段型段差が形成された、請求項4に記載の円筒形電池。
- 前記下部ケースは前記端子連結部の形状に対応する装着空間を含む、請求項4または請求項5に記載の円筒形電池。
- 前記端子連結部は金属素材からなる、請求項4から請求項6のいずれか一項に記載の円筒形電池。
- 前記電極組立体の負極タブが前記端子連結部に電気的に連結された、請求項7に記載の円筒形電池。
- 前記上部ケースは第1結合部を含む、請求項1から請求項8のいずれか一項に記載の円筒形電池。
- 前記側面ケースは第2結合部を含む、請求項9に記載の円筒形電池。
- 前記第1結合部はラッチである、請求項10に記載の円筒形電池。
- 前記第2結合部は前記ラッチが締結される溝を含む、請求項11に記載の円筒形電池。
- 前記第1結合部はねじ山またはねじ谷を含む、請求項10に記載の円筒形電池。
- 前記第2結合部は前記ねじ山またはねじ谷に結合するねじ山またはねじ谷を含む、請求項13に記載の円筒形電池。
- 請求項1から請求項14のいずれか一項に記載の円筒形電池を製造する製造方法であって、
前記上部ケースを製造する段階;
前記上部ケースを前記側面ケースに連結する段階;および
端子連結部を前記下部ケースに連結する段階;
を含む円筒形電池の製造方法。 - 前記上部ケースは前記側面ケースにスナップフィット方式で締結する、請求項15に記載の円筒形電池の製造方法。
- 前記上部ケースは前記側面ケースにねじ山/ねじ谷結合方式で結合する、請求項15に記載の円筒形電池の製造方法。
- 前記上部ケースは射出成形で製造する、請求項15から請求項17のいずれか一項に記載の円筒形電池の製造方法。
- 前記端子連結部は前記電池ケースの収納部で重力が作用する方向に移動して前記下部ケースの装着空間に装着される、請求項15から請求項18のいずれか一項に記載の円筒形電池の製造方法。
