Claims (12)
- 正極シート、負極シートおよび分離膜を含むジェリーロール構造の電極組立体;
前記電極組立体が内蔵された円筒形ケース;および
前記電極組立体の外周面と前記円筒形ケースの内壁の間に位置する螺旋状の板ばね(Flat spiral spring)を含む、二次電池。 - 前記螺旋状の板ばねは、一端部が前記電極組立体と接触し、他端部が前記円筒形ケースの内壁と接触し、前記電極組立体を1回以上囲む、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記正極シートに付着した正極タブが前記電極組立体から上向に延長し、
前記負極シートに付着した負極タブが前記電極組立体から下向に延長する、請求項2に記載の二次電池。 - 前記螺旋状の板ばねの前記一端部が前記正極タブおよび前記負極タブの少なくとも一つと前記電極組立体の半径方向が一致する、請求項3に記載の二次電池。
- 前記他端部から前記一端部に行くほど前記螺旋状の板ばねの厚さが増加する、請求項2に記載の二次電池。
- 前記螺旋状の板ばねは、前記電極組立体の高さ方向に対して前記電極組立体の両端部にそれぞれ位置した第1および第2螺旋状の板ばねを含む、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の二次電池。
- 前記螺旋状の板ばねは、前記第1螺旋状の板ばねと第2螺旋状の板ばねの間に位置する第3螺旋状の板ばねを含む、請求項6に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第1および第2螺旋状の板ばねは前記第3螺旋状の板ばねよりばね定数が大きいか前記電極組立体を囲む回数が大きい、請求項7に記載の二次電池。
- 前記正極シートに付着した正極タブが前記電極組立体から上向に延長し、
前記負極シートに付着した負極タブが前記電極組立体から下向に延長する、請求項8に記載の二次電池。 - 前記第1および第2螺旋状の板ばねは前記電極組立体の外周面の前記正極タブと前記負極タブが付着した部分と対応する部分をそれぞれ囲む、請求項9に記載の二次電池。
- 前記負極シート上に負極活物質が塗布され、
前記負極活物質はLi、Si、SiO2およびSnの少なくとも一つを含む、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の二次電池。 - 請求項1から11のいずれか一項による二次電池を一つ以上含む、デバイス。
