Claims (13)
- 電極組立体;
前記電極組立体が収納され、上部が開放された電池ケース;および
前記電池ケースの開放された上部に結合されるキャップ組立体を含み、
前記キャップ組立体は、
電流遮断部材(Current Interrupt Device、CID);前記電流遮断部材上に位置し、前記電流遮断部材に電気的に連結される安全ベント(safety vent);および前記電流遮断部材と前記安全ベントとの間に位置した絶縁ディスクを含む二次電池。 - 前記絶縁ディスクは、上部ディスク、下部ディスクおよび前記上部ディスクと前記下部ディスクとの間に位置した弾性部材を含む、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記上部ディスクの下面に上部方向に湾入した上部湾入部が形成され、
前記下部ディスクの上面に下部方向に湾入した下部湾入部が形成され、
前記弾性部材は前記上部湾入部と前記下部湾入部との間に位置する、請求項2に記載の二次電池。 - 前記弾性部材の弾性力により、前記上部ディスクには上部方向への力が作用し、前記下部ディスクには下部方向の力が作用する、請求項2または3に記載の二次電池。
- 前記弾性部材は、スプリング部材である、請求項2から4のいずれか一項に記載の二次電池。
- 前記スプリング部材は、圧縮された状態で前記上部ディスクと前記下部ディスクとの間に位置する、請求項5に記載の二次電池。
- 前記キャップ組立体は、前記電流遮断部材と前記安全ベントを連結する連結部を含む、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の二次電池。
- 前記絶縁ディスクにホールが形成され、
前記連結部は前記ホールを通過して、前記電流遮断部材と前記安全ベントを連結する、請求項7に記載の二次電池。 - 前記安全ベントは、前記電流遮断部材が位置した方向に凸状に突出した突出部を含み、
前記突出部が前記電流遮断部材と連結される、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の二次電池。 - 前記二次電池の内圧上昇時、前記安全ベントの形状が逆転されて、前記突出部が前記電流遮断部材が位置した方向と反対方向に凸状に突出する、請求項9に記載の二次電池。
- 前記電流遮断部材は、前記突出部と連結された中心部および前記中心部を囲む外周部を含み、
前記二次電池の内圧上昇時、前記安全ベントの形状逆転により、前記中心部と前記外周部が分離される、請求項10に記載の二次電池。 - 前記絶縁ディスクは、上部ディスクおよび下部ディスクを含み、
前記上部ディスクに上部貫通ホールが形成され、前記下部ディスクに下部貫通ホールが形成され、
前記上部貫通ホールと前記下部貫通ホールが互いに対応するように位置する、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の二次電池。 - 請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の二次電池を含むデバイス。
