Claims (4)
- 電極ペーストを、ダイより集電箔上に塗工する工程と、
前記塗工された電極ペーストを乾燥する工程と、
を包含する電極の製造方法であって、
前記集電箔がバックアップロールにより搬送され、
前記塗工された電極ペーストの厚みおよび幅の少なくともいずれかの変動を測定し、
前記変動が、バックアップロールに起因するものであり、
前記バックアップロールの周速を、前記変動の測定結果に応じて、前記変動が小さくなるように変化させる、電極の製造方法。 - 前記バックアップロールの周速を、下記式(2)に基づいて変化させる、請求項1に記載の電極の製造方法。

バックアップロールの周速を制御するように構成された制御部と、
を備え、
前記変動が、バックアップロールに起因するものであり、
前記バックアップロールの周速を、前記変動の測定結果に応じて、変動が小さくなるよう変化させるように構成されている、電極ペースト塗工装置。
