Description
図1に示すように、圧縮機1の吐出口に四方弁2を介して複数の室内熱交換器11の一端および複数の水熱交換器21における冷媒流路21aの一端が配管接続され、その各室内熱交換器11の他端および各水熱交換器21における冷媒流路21aの他端が流量調整弁(第1流量調整弁)12および流量調整弁(第2流量調整弁)22をそれぞれ介して膨張弁(減圧器)3の一端に配管接続されている。そして、この膨張弁3の他端に室外熱交換器4の一端が配管接続され、その室外熱交換器4の他端が上記四方弁2およびアキュームレータ5を介して圧縮機1の吸込口に配管接続されている。これら配管接続により、ヒートポンプ式冷凍サイクルが構成されている。
室内機B1~Bnの各室内コントローラ15は、図2のフローチャートに示す制御を実行する。フローチャート中のS1,S2…は処理のステップを示している。
水熱交換ユニットC1~Cnの各水熱コントローラ28は、図3のフローチャートに示す制御を実行する。
室外機Aの室外コントローラ10は、図4のフローチャートに示すように、電源スイッチ32のオン操作による交流電源30の投入時(S21)、運転モードが据付け完了後の試運転であるか否かを判定する(S22)。
Claims (4)
- 圧縮機および室外熱交換器を有するとともに室外コントローラを有する室外機と、
室内熱交換器を有する室内機と、
水熱交換器およびこの水熱交換器の水流路と負荷との間で水を循環させるポンプを有するとともに水熱コントローラを有し、前記室外機および前記室内機の電源とは異なる電源により運転する複数の水熱交換ユニットと、
を備えた冷凍サイクル装置において、
前記水熱コントローラは、前記水熱交換器の温度が設定値未満の場合に前記ポンプを運転し、
前記室外コントローラは、前記各水熱交換ユニットの運転可能台数が、規定台数に達している場合に当該冷凍サイクル装置の運転を許容し、前記規定台数に達していない場合に当該冷凍サイクル装置の運転を禁止する、
ことを特徴とする冷凍サイクル装置。 - 前記室外コントローラは、前記室外機の電源の投入に際し、前記各水熱交換ユニットとの通信により、前記水熱交換ユニットの前記運転可能台数を検出する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の冷凍サイクル装置。 - 前記室内熱交換器への冷媒の流量を調整する第1流量調整弁、
前記水熱交換器への冷媒の流量を調整する第2流量調整弁、
をさらに備え、
前記室外コントローラは、
暖房運転時、前記圧縮機の吐出冷媒が前記室内熱交換器、前記第1流量調整弁、前記室外熱交換器を通って前記圧縮機に戻る冷媒流路を形成し、
前記負荷へ温水を供給する温水供給運転時、前記圧縮機の吐出冷媒が前記水熱交換器、前記第2流量調整弁、前記室外熱交換器を通って前記圧縮機に戻る冷媒流路を形成するとともに、前記各水熱交換ユニットの前記ポンプを運転する、
前記暖房運転中および前記温水供給運転中の前記室外熱交換器の除霜に際し、前記圧縮機の吐出冷媒が前記室外熱交換器に直接的に流れる冷媒流路を形成する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の冷凍サイクル装置。 - 前記第1および第2流量調整弁は、供給される駆動パルス電圧の数に応じて開度が全閉から全開まで連続的に変化するパルスモータバルブであり、その開度変化によって冷媒の流量を調整する、
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の冷凍サイクル装置。
