Description
制御機器の収容部の受け部と押圧部材間に狭持されて保持される電磁弁ユニットであって、
前記電磁弁ユニットは、前記収容部の受け部に対向する肩部と、前記肩部に形成された凹部に挿入される凸部を有する環状弾性部材とを有しており、前記環状弾性部材は、前記凸部と軸線方向に重複せずに軸方向の変形を許容する環状の変形部を備える。
これによれば、電磁弁ユニットは、環状弾性部材の凸部が肩部の凹部に挿入されて固定されており、一方電磁弁ユニットの肩部が制御機器の収容部の受け部側に押圧されたときに、凸部と軸線方向に重複していない環状弾性部材の環状の変形部が軸方向に変形するため、制御機器の収容部と電磁弁ユニットの肩部との間に十分な軸方向の反発力を確保した状態で、収容部に電磁弁ユニットを容易かつ正確に取付けることができることになる。さらに、環状弾性部材の凸部が肩部の凹部に挿入されて固定されているので、電磁弁ユニットの運搬時や取り扱い時の振動等によって、電磁弁ユニットの肩部から環状弾性部材が脱落することを防止できる。
これによれば、肩部により変形部の捻れ等が規制されるため、変形部を肩部と受け部との間で正確に狭圧できる。
これによれば、電磁弁ユニットを収容部に挿入しやすいとともに、変形部が外径方向に変形することができることから、変形部の軸方向の変形代を十分に確保することができる。
これによれば、環状弾性部材を電磁弁ユニットの肩部に対して周方向にバランスよく保持できる。
これによれば、環状弾性部材の周方向の回動が規制される。
これによれば、環状弾性部材が抜け方向に動いたときに凸部が壁部に引っ掛かるので、環状弾性部材が肩部から外れにくい。
これによれば、凸部と変形部との取付方向が同一となるので、環状弾性部材の肩部への組み付けが簡便である。

Claims (5)
- 制御機器の収容部の受け部と押圧部材間に狭持されて保持される電磁弁ユニットであって、
前記電磁弁ユニットは、前記収容部の受け部に対向する肩部と、前記肩部に形成された内径側に凹む凹部に挿入される凸部を有する環状弾性部材とを有しており、前記環状弾性部材は、前記凸部と軸線方向に重複せずに軸方向の変形を許容する環状の変形部を備え、
前記環状弾性部材には、径方向に対して垂直に延びる当接面が形成されており、前記凸部は、前記当接面よりも内径側に突出する電磁弁ユニット。 - 前記変形部は、前記肩部の外周面に沿って配置されている請求項1に記載の電磁弁ユニット。
- 前記変形部の外径は、前記収容部の内径よりも小径である請求項1または2に記載の電磁弁ユニット。
- 前記凸部は周方向に連続する環状を成し、前記凹部は周方向に連続する環状を成し、前記凸部は前記凹部に挿入されている請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の電磁弁ユニット。
- 前記凸部は周方向に部分的に形成されており、前記凹部は周方向に部分的に形成されており、前記凸部は前記凹部に圧入されている請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の電磁弁ユニット。
