Description
図1から図13は、本発明の一実施例に係るハイブリッド車両用駆動装置の潤滑構造を示す図である。
図1において、ハイブリッド車両(以下、単に車両という)1は、車体2を備えており、車体2は、ダッシュパネル3によって前側のエンジンルーム2Aと後側の車室2Bとに仕切られている。エンジンルーム2Aにはハイブリッド車両用駆動装置(以下、単に駆動装置という)4が設置されており、駆動装置4は、前進6速、後進1速の変速段を有する。
オイル通路27dは、軸受保持部27Cのオイル流通空間53Bから左斜め下方に延びており、延びる方向の下端がオイル流通空間53Dに連通されている。
左側面図である図4に点線矢印にて示すように、車両1の前進走行時において減速機構33は、入力軸34が反時計回り、第1の中間軸35が時計回り、第2の中間軸36が反時計回りに回転する。変速機構40は、入力軸11が反時計回り、前進用出力軸12が時計回りに回転する。これにより、ファイナルドリブンギヤ15Aが反時計回りに回転する。
Claims (5)
- 内燃機関から伝達される動力を変速する変速機構と、
前記変速機構から動力が伝達されるギヤ部材を有し、前記変速機構の動力を左右の駆動輪に伝達するディファレンシャル装置と、
複数の回転軸と、前記複数の回転軸に設けられ、モータの回転を減速して前記変速機構に伝達する複数の減速ギヤ組とを有し、前記変速機構に対して上方に突出するように前記複数の回転軸が上下方向に離れて設置される減速機構と、
底部に潤滑油が貯留され、前記変速機構、前記減速機構および前記ディファレンシャル装置を収容する変速機ケースと、
前記ギヤ部材によって掻き上げられた潤滑油を捕捉し、前記変速機構に供給するオイルガターとを備え、
前記変速機ケースは、内部に潤滑油が流通するオイル流通空間が形成され、前記複数の回転軸を軸受を介して回転自在に支持する複数の軸受保持部を有し、
前記複数の軸受保持部は、前記複数の回転軸のうち、最下位に位置する回転軸を支持する下側軸受保持部と、前記下側軸受保持部よりも上方に位置する上側軸受保持部とを含んで構成されるハイブリッド車両用駆動装置の潤滑構造であって、
前記オイルガターは、前記減速機構から飛散して流下する潤滑油を捕捉するように前記減速機構の下部に設置されており、
前記オイルガターは、前記下側軸受保持部の前記オイル流通空間に潤滑油を供給するオイル供給部を有することを特徴とするハイブリッド車両用駆動装置の潤滑構造。 - 前記オイルガターは、前記下側軸受保持部に支持される前記回転軸と同じ高さ位置に設置されており、
前記オイル供給部は、前記下側軸受保持部に支持される前記回転軸の軸心に潤滑油を供給することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両用駆動装置の潤滑構造。 - 前記オイルガターは、前記減速機構から飛散して流下する潤滑油を捕捉するオイル受部を有すること特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載のハイブリッド車両用駆動装置の潤滑構造。
- 前記変速機ケースは、前記減速機構を取り囲む周壁部を有し、
前記オイル受部は、前記周壁部の下方に設置され、前記減速機構から飛散して前記周壁部に沿って流下する潤滑油を捕捉することを特徴とする請求項3に記載のハイブリッド車両用駆動装置の潤滑構造。 - 前記オイル受部を第1のオイル受部とした場合に、前記オイルガターは、前記第1のオイル受部と異なる第2のオイル受部を有し、
前記第2のオイル受部は、前記オイルガターの側壁から前記減速機構に向かって傾斜することを特徴とする請求項4に記載のハイブリッド車両用駆動装置の潤滑構造。
