Claims (8)
- ケースと、
前記ケースの内側に配置され、弾性部材で構成された節度感発生体と、
前記節度感発生体の内側に配置され、操作レバーの操作により前記ケースに対して回動するスイッチ作動体と、を備え、
前記節度感発生体は、前記スイッチ作動体の先端部と当接して節度感を付与するための節度面と、前記節度感発生体の内側の端部である肩部と、前記肩部と前記節度面との間に形成され、隣接する部分に比し剛性が低い低剛性部と、を有し、
前記スイッチ作動体の回動方向における角部が前記低剛性部に当接することで、前記スイッチ作動体の回動範囲が規制されることを特徴とするレバースイッチ。 - 前記低剛性部は、前記スイッチ作動体の前記角部と当接する当接壁と、該当接壁における前記角部と当接する側とは反対側に形成された空間部と、を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のレバースイッチ。
- 前記当接壁は、前記角部が当接したときに前記空間部の側へ撓むように、両持ちで支持されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のレバースイッチ。
- 前記節度感発生体は外側に突起を有し、前記節度感発生体は、前記ケースに対してクリアランスを保って配置されると共に、前記突起によって前記ケースに対して当接することを特徴とする請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載のレバースイッチ。
- 前記スイッチ作動体は中立位置から双方向に回動可能であり、
前記突起は、前記中立位置にある前記スイッチ作動体の前記先端部と前記スイッチ作動体の回動中心とを通る仮想直線の方向において、前記節度感発生体の前記肩部と略同じ位置に設けられたことを特徴とする請求項4に記載のレバースイッチ。 - 前記スイッチ作動体が前記中立位置にあるときの前記仮想直線の方向において、前記低剛性部における前記スイッチ作動体の前記角部と当接する位置と、前記突起の位置とは、異なっていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のレバースイッチ。
- 前記角部は、前記低剛性部に当接するための突出した当接部を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のレバースイッチ。
- 前記当接壁は、前記角部が当接したときに前記空間部の側へ撓むように支持され、
前記当接壁が支持される部分には、前記当接壁よりも撓みやすい脆弱部が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のレバースイッチ。
