締付けねじ軸には防水アダプターを螺締して固定し、連結ねじ軸には結束環付き固定型アダプターを螺締して固定するアダプター締付けステップ(S30)と、
ライナータンクに回転軸を締め付ける回転軸締付けステップ(S40)と、
回転軸を動力提供部に結合し、ライナータンクの連結ねじ軸を反対側に中心が保たれるように結合した後、多数本のガラス繊維ストランドをエポキシ樹脂及び硬化剤が混合された混合液に通過させて複合材料を形成した後、ライナータンクの外部の表面に円周方向に第1のレイヤーを巻き付ける順方向への巻付けステップ(S50)と、

浮力浮標が前記回転軸が動力提供部から取り外された状態で移動手段により乾燥炉に移動されて乾燥炉が間接加熱方式により95℃~105℃の温度範囲で一定の温度に保たれ、前記移動手段が前記浮力浮標を乾燥炉の内部において往動と動動を繰り返し行いながら91分間~95分間浮力浮標を乾燥させる乾燥硬化ステップ(S80)と、
浮力浮標に対して常温で15分間~40分間冷却を行う冷却ステップ(S90)と、
浮力浮標から回転軸を取り外す回転軸取外しステップ(S100)と、
浮力浮標に対して目視検査と、耐圧検査及び乾燥を行う浮標検査ステップ(S110)と、
前記浮力浮標の検査を終了した後には、締付けねじ軸に固定結束環のねじ軸をねじ穴に螺合し、連結ねじ軸に固定型アダプターを螺締して浮力浮標の気密及び浮力を保持する結束環締付けステップ(S120)と、

Claims (4)
- 貫通孔(13)が形成された締付けねじ軸(12)が形成され、締付けねじ軸(12)の下側に連結溝(15)が形成される連結ねじ軸(19)が形成されるように中空(14)が一定の厚さを有する円筒状のライナータンク(11)と、前記ライナータンク(11)の外周に第1のレイヤー(20)と第2のレイヤー(21)とが巻き付けられた後、一定の間隔の継手凹部(22,22a)が形成される継手凹部レイヤー(23)を巻き付けて成型するものと、前記締付けねじ軸(12)に防水アダプター(30と固定結束環(40)とが連結され、連結ねじ軸(19)に結束環(33)付き固定型アダプター(32)が連結されるものと、を備えるが、
前記第1のレイヤー(20)は、ライナータンク(11)の外周に円周方向に順方向に巻き付け、前記ライナタンク(11)を回転させながら10本のガラス繊維ストランドが20~25mmのバンド幅を有するように円周方向に巻き付けて被覆することを特徴とする環境にやさしい浮力浮標。 - 前記第2のレイヤー(21)はライナータンク(11)の外周に、前記第1のレイヤー(20)に交差するように巻き付け、前記ライナータンク(11)を回転させながら10本のガラス繊維ストランドが20~25mmバンド幅を有するようにに全面に均一に巻き付けて被覆することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の環境にやさしい浮力浮標。
- 前記継手凹部レイヤー(23)は、第2のレイヤー(21)を第1のレイヤーに交差する方向に全面に均一に巻き付けて被覆した状態で、一定の間隔をあけてロープを締結する継手凹部(22,22a)を除いた残りの部分に継手凹部レイヤー(23)の巻き付けを一定の厚さに行って継手凹部(22)が形成されるようにし、前記継手凹部レイヤー(23)は、胴体部位の開始点(23a)から該個所から100mm離れて位置している継手凹部(22)まで円周方向に2~5mmの厚さとなるように5~15回巻き付けるが、
前記継手凹部(22)は、幅を5~50mmにし、継手凹部(22)の終端の個所から次の継手凹部(22a)の個所まで円周方向に2~5mmの厚さとなるように前記継手凹部レイヤー(23)を5~15回巻き付けて仕上げることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の環境にやさしい浮力浮標。 - 貫通孔(13)が内周に形成され、外周に締付けねじ軸(12)が形成されるようにポリエチレン(PE)樹脂を溶融させて下側の内周に連結溝(15)が形成され、外側に連結ねじ軸(19)が突出するライナータンク(11)を成形するライナータンク成形ステップ(S10)と、
前記ライナータンク(11)の表面の全体にプラズマで前処理を施して、表面と複合材料の表面のデボンディング(Debonding)の防止のための表面処理を施す表面処理ステップ(S20)と、
締付けねじ軸(12)には防水アダプター(30)を螺締して固定し、連結ねじ軸(19)には結束環(33)付き固定型アダプター(32)を螺締して固定するアダプター締付けステップ(S30)と、
ライナータンク(11)に回転軸(80)を締め付ける回転軸締付けステップ(S40)と、
回転軸(80)を動力提供部(90)に結合し、ライナータンク(11)の連結ねじ軸(19)を反対側に中心が保たれるように結合した後、多数本のガラス繊維ストランドをエポキシ樹脂及び硬化剤が混合された混合液に通過させて複合材料を形成した後、ライナータンク(11)の外部の表面に円周方向に第1のレイヤー(20)を巻き付ける順方向への巻付けステップ(S50)と、
前記第1のレイヤー(20)を順方向に巻き付けた後には、ライナータンク(11)を回転させながら外周を第2のレイヤー(21)を第1のレイヤー(20)に交差するように巻付けるステップ(S60)と、
第1のレイヤー(20)と第2のレイヤー(21)とが巻き付けられたライナータンク(11)の胴体部位にロープの締結のための2つの継手凹部(22,22a)が形成されるように継手凹部レイヤー(23)を巻き付ける継手凹部レイヤー巻付けステップ(S70)と、
浮力浮標(10)が前記回転軸(80)が動力提供部(90)から取り外された状態で移動手段により乾燥炉に移動されて乾燥炉が間接加熱方式により95℃~105℃の温度範囲で一定の温度に保たれ、前記移動手段が前記浮力浮標(10)を乾燥炉の内部において往動と復動を繰り返し行いながら91分間~95分間浮力浮標(10)を乾燥させる乾燥硬化ステップ(S80)と、
浮力浮標(10)に対して常温で15分間~40分間冷却を行う冷却ステップ(S90)と、
浮力浮標(10)から回転軸(80)を取り外す回転軸取外しステップ(S100)と、
浮力浮標(10)に対して目視検査と、耐圧検査及び乾燥を行う浮標検査ステップ(S110)と、
前記浮力浮標(10)の検査を終了した後には、締付けねじ軸(12)に固定結束環(40)のねじ軸(41)をねじ穴(31)に螺合し
、連結ねじ軸(19)に固定型アダプター(32)を螺締して浮力浮標(10)の気密及び浮力を保持する結束環締付けステップ(S120)と、
