第1の駆動グループ(駆動グループ11_A)内の第1レベルのシフトレジスタSR1の信号入力端Iputに、例えばハイ電圧であるアクティブなスタート信号STVを提供し、第1の駆動グループ(駆動グループ11_A)内の全てのレベルのシフトレジスタSRの信号出力端Oputが、ディスプレイ部分領域A内のサブピクセル20に列ごとに、例えば発光制御信号EMであるゲート駆動信号を入力し、この場合、第1の駆動グループ(駆動グループ11_A)によって制御されるディスプレイ部分領域Aは画像を表示する、
ことを含む。
Claims (10)
- ディスプレイパネル上のピクセル回路を駆動して表示を行うように構成されたゲート駆動回路であって、当該ゲート駆動回路は、
M個のカスケード接続されたシフトレジスタを有する第1の駆動グループであり、当該第1の駆動グループの入力端が、当該ゲート駆動回路の外部の制御回路からスタート信号を受信するように構成され、M≧2であり且つMは正の整数である、第1の駆動グループと、
第1の接続コントローラであり、当該第1の接続コントローラの第1端が、前記第1の駆動グループの出力端に電気的に接続されて、前記第1の駆動グループによって出力される信号を受信し、当該第1の接続コントローラの第2端が、画面カスケード接続をイネーブル又はディセーブルするためのカスケードゲーティング信号を前記制御回路から受信するように構成され、当該第1の接続コントローラの第3端が、画面分割をイネーブル又はディセーブルするための分割画面ゲーティング信号を前記制御回路から受信するように構成され、当該第1の接続コントローラの第4端が、分割画面表示信号を前記制御回路から受信するように構成される、第1の接続コントローラと、
N個のカスケード接続されたシフトレジスタを有する第2の駆動グループであり、当該第2の駆動グループの入力端が、前記第1の接続コントローラの第5端に電気的に接続されて、前記第1の接続コントローラの前記第5端によって出力される信号を受信し、N≧2であり且つNは正の整数である、第2の駆動グループと、
を有し、
前記カスケードゲーティング信号がイネーブルされる場合、前記第1の駆動グループ及び前記第2の駆動グループが一緒に動作され、
前記カスケードゲーティング信号がディセーブルされ、前記分割画面ゲーティング信号がイネーブルされ、前記スタート信号がイネーブルされ、前記分割画面表示信号がディセーブルされる場合、前記第1の駆動グループのみが動作され、
前記カスケードゲーティング信号がディセーブルされ、前記分割画面ゲーティング信号がイネーブルされ、前記スタート信号がディセーブルされ、前記分割画面表示信号がイネーブルされる場合、前記第2の駆動グループのみが動作され、
前記カスケードゲーティング信号がディセーブルされ、前記分割画面ゲーティング信号がイネーブルされ、前記スタート信号及び前記分割画面表示信号の両方がイネーブルされる場合、前記第1の駆動グループ及び前記第2の駆動グループが互いに独立に動作される、
ゲート駆動回路。 - 当該ゲート駆動回路は更に、
第2の接続コントローラであり、当該第2の接続コントローラの第1端が、前記第2の駆動グループの出力端に電気的に接続されて、前記第2の駆動グループによって出力される信号を受信し、当該第2の接続コントローラの第2端が、前記カスケードゲーティング信号を前記制御回路から受信するように構成され、当該第2の接続コントローラの第3端が、前記分割画面ゲーティング信号を前記制御回路から受信するように構成され、当該第2の接続コントローラの第4端が、前記分割画面表示信号を前記制御回路から受信するように構成される、第2の接続コントローラと、
S個のカスケード接続されたシフトレジスタを有する第3の駆動グループであり、当該第3の駆動グループの入力端が、前記第2の接続コントローラの第5端に電気的に接続されて、前記第2の接続コントローラの前記第5端によって出力される信号を受信し、S≧2であり且つSは正の整数である、第3の駆動グループと、
を有する、請求項1に記載のゲート駆動回路。 - 前記第1の接続コントローラは、第1のスイッチ及び第2のスイッチを有し、
前記第1のスイッチは、前記カスケードゲーティング信号を受信するように構成され、前記カスケードゲーティング信号の制御下でイネーブル又はディセーブルされ、該イネーブルされた状態で、受信した、前記第1の駆動グループの前記出力端によって出力される前記信号を、前記第2の駆動グループの前記入力端に伝え、
前記第2のスイッチは、前記分割画面ゲーティング信号を受信するように構成され、前記分割画面ゲーティング信号の制御下でイネーブル又はディセーブルされ、該イネーブルされた状態で、受信した、前記分割画面表示信号を、前記第2の駆動グループの前記入力端に伝える、
請求項1に記載のゲート駆動回路。 - 前記第1のスイッチは第1のトランジスタを有し、該第1のトランジスタのゲートが、前記カスケードゲーティング信号を受信するように構成され、該第1のトランジスタの第1の電極が、前記第1の駆動グループの前記出力端に電気的に接続され、該第1のトランジスタの第2の電極が、前記第2の駆動グループの前記入力端に電気的に接続され、
前記第2のスイッチは第2のトランジスタを有し、該第2のトランジスタのゲートが、前記分割画面ゲーティング信号を受信するように構成され、該第2のトランジスタの第1の電極が、前記分割画面表示信号を受信するように構成され、該第2のトランジスタの第2の電極が、前記第2の駆動グループの前記入力端に電気的に接続される、
請求項3に記載のゲート駆動回路。 - 前記第1の駆動グループ又は前記第2の駆動グループ内で、最初のレベルのシフトレジスタ以外の複数のシフトレジスタにおいて、上位レベルのシフトレジスタの信号出力端が、下位レベルのシフトレジスタの信号入力端に電気的に接続され、
前記第1のトランジスタの前記第1の電極は、前記第1の駆動グループ内の最後のレベルのシフトレジスタの信号出力端に電気的に接続され、前記第1のトランジスタの前記第2の電極は、前記第2の駆動グループ内の前記最初のレベルのシフトレジスタの信号入力端に電気的に接続され、
前記第2のトランジスタの前記第2の電極は、前記第2の駆動グループ内の前記最初のレベルのシフトレジスタの前記信号入力端に電気的に接続される、
請求項4に記載のゲート駆動回路。 - 請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載のゲート駆動回路を有するモバイル端末であって、
当該モバイル端末は更に、画像を表示するように構成された第1のピクセル回路及び第2のピクセル回路を有し、
前記ゲート駆動回路の第1の駆動グループ内で、各レベルのシフトレジスタの信号出力端が、前記第1のピクセル回路内の一部のトランジスタのゲートに電気的に接続され、
前記ゲート駆動回路の第2の駆動グループ内で、各レベルのシフトレジスタの信号出力端が、前記第2のピクセル回路内の一部のトランジスタのゲートに電気的に接続される、
モバイル端末。 - 前記第1及び第2のピクセル回路は各々、発光コンポーネントと、該発光コンポーネントが発光するときにターンオン状態にある発光制御トランジスタとを有し、
前記第1の駆動グループ内で、各レベルのシフトレジスタの信号出力端が、前記第1のピクセル回路内の前記発光制御トランジスタのゲートに電気的に接続され、
前記第2の駆動グループ内で、各レベルのシフトレジスタの信号出力端が、前記第2のピクセル回路内の前記発光制御トランジスタのゲートに電気的に接続される、
請求項6に記載のモバイル端末。 - 当該モバイル端末は、それぞれ、第1のゲート駆動回路、第2のゲート駆動回路である2つのゲート駆動回路を有し、
前記第1のゲート駆動回路において、各第1の駆動グループ内の各レベルのシフトレジスタの信号出力端が、奇数番目の行又は列の第1のピクセル回路内の一部のトランジスタのゲートに電気的に接続され、各第2の駆動グループ内の各レベルのシフトレジスタの信号出力端が、奇数番目の行又は列の第2のピクセル回路内の一部のトランジスタのゲートに電気的に接続され、
前記第2のゲート駆動回路において、各第1の駆動グループの各レベルのシフトレジスタの信号出力端が、偶数番目の行又は列の前記第1のピクセル回路内の一部のトランジスタのゲートに電気的に接続され、各第2の駆動グループ内の各レベルのシフトレジスタの信号出力端が、偶数番目の行又は列の前記第2のピクセル回路内の一部のトランジスタのゲートに電気的に接続される、
請求項6に記載のモバイル端末。 - 当該モバイル端末は更に、前記ゲート駆動回路の外部の前記制御回路としてディスプレイドライバ集積回路を有し、該ディスプレイドライバ集積回路は、
前記スタート信号を送信するように構成された第1の信号端と、
前記カスケードゲーティング信号を送信するように構成された第2の信号端と、
前記分割画面ゲーティング信号を送信するように構成された第3の信号端と、
前記分割画面表示信号を送信するように構成された第4の信号端と、
を有する、請求項6に記載のモバイル端末。 - 当該モバイル端末は更に、前記第1のピクセル回路及び前記第2のピクセル回路が上に製造された下地基板を有し、
前記下地基板を構成する材料は可撓性樹脂材料を有する、
請求項6乃至9のいずれか一項に記載のモバイル端末。
