Description
本発明の第3の態様は、OLED基板を提供し、当該OLED基板は、第1のOLED基板と、第2のOLED基板と、を含む。前記第1のOLED基板は、上記の透光OLED基板を含み、前記第2のOLED基板は、不透光基板であり、第1のOLED基板と第2のOLED基板とは、サブストレートを共有する。
Claims (15)
- サブストレートと、前記サブストレート上に位置する第1の電極層と、前記第1の電極層上に位置する発光構造層と、前記発光構造層上に位置する第2の電極と、を含む透光OLED基板であって、
前記第1の電極層は、第1の方向に沿って配列された複数の電極組を含み、前記電極組ごとに、少なくとも1つの第1の電極を含み、各前記第1の電極は、第2の方向に沿って延びており、前記第2の方向は、前記第1の方向に垂直であり、前記第1の電極の第2の方向におけるサイズの、第1の方向におけるサイズに対する比は10:1より大きく、
前記発光構造層は、n種の色の発光構造を含み、n≧1であり、
前記第1の電極上に少なくとも1つの前記発光構造が設けられており、
前記少なくとも1つの第1の電極と前記第2の電極との間に駆動電圧が印加されたとき、前記透光OLED基板は表示機能を実行し、前記少なくとも1つの第1の電極と前記第2の電極との間に駆動電圧が印加されないとき、前記透光OLED基板は透光機能を実行する
ことを特徴とする透光OLED基板。 - 前記第2の電極は、表面電極であるか、または、
前記第2の電極は、単層構造または積層構造であり、前記第2の電極が単層構造である場合、前記第2の電極は、単層金属層、単層金属混合物層、または、単層透明金属酸化物層であり、前記第2の電極が積層構造である場合、前記第2の電極は、透明金属酸化物層と金属層との積層、または、透明金属酸化物層と金属混合物層との積層である
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の透光OLED基板。 - 前記透光OLED基板は、複数の第1のOLEDサブピクセルをさらに含み、
各前記第1のOLEDサブピクセルは、
1つの第1の電極と、
前記第1の電極上に設けられている前記少なくとも1つの発光構造と、
前記第1の電極に対応する一部の第2の電極と、を含み、
同一の前記第1の電極上に設けられている前記少なくとも1つの発光構造は、同一の色であり、
前記第2の電極は、接地され、
前記第1のOLEDサブピクセルの駆動方式は、アクティブ方式またはパッシブ方式である
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の透光OLED基板。 - 各前記第1のOLEDサブピクセルの駆動方式がアクティブ方式である場合、前記第1のOLEDサブピクセルに対応する1つまたは複数のピクセル駆動回路は、第1のOLEDサブピクセルが位置する領域と重ならないベゼル領域に設けられるか、または、
各前記第1のOLEDサブピクセルの駆動方式がパッシブ方式である場合、各前記第1のOLEDサブピクセル中の第1の電極の配線は、第1のOLEDサブピクセルが位置する領域と重ならないベゼル領域に設けられる
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の透光OLED基板。 - 前記透光OLED基板は、少なくとも1つのOLEDピクセルユニットをさらに含み、
各前記OLEDピクセルユニットは、少なくとも1つの第1のOLEDサブピクセルを含み、
n=1である場合、前記少なくとも1つの第1のOLEDサブピクセルは、同色サブピクセルであり、
n≧3である場合、前記少なくとも1つの第1のOLEDサブピクセルは、色が互いに異なり、かつ同一の規則に従って交互に配置されている、複数の第1のOLEDサブピクセルを含む
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の透光OLED基板。 - 各前記第1のOLED同色サブピクセルの駆動方式がパッシブ方式であり、
第1の方向が列方向である場合、同一列中の各第1のOLED同色サブピクセルの第1の電極は、同一のデータ信号に接続され、各列の第1のOLED同色サブピクセルの第1の電極は、同一のデータ信号または異なるデータ信号に接続され、
第1の方向が行方向である場合、同一行中の各第1のOLED同色サブピクセルの第1の電極は、同一のデータ信号に接続され、各行の第1のOLED同色サブピクセルの第1の電極は、同一のデータ信号または異なるデータ信号に接続される
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の透光OLED基板。 - 前記少なくとも1つのOLEDピクセルユニットの駆動方式は、パッシブ方式であり、前記第1のOLEDサブピクセルごとに、1つの第1の電極を有し、
前記第1の方向が列方向である場合、同一列の各OLEDピクセルユニット中の、同一の色を有する各第1のOLEDサブピクセルの第1の電極は、同一のデータ信号または異なるデータ信号に接続され、
前記第1の方向が行方向である場合、同一行の各OLEDピクセルユニット中の、同一の色を有する各第1のOLEDサブピクセルの第1の電極は、同一のデータ信号または異なるデータ信号に接続される
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の透光OLED基板。 - 前記少なくとも1つのOLEDピクセルユニットの駆動方式は、パッシブ方式であり、
前記第1の方向が列方向である場合、第1のOLEDサブピクセルの第1の電極は、1つのスイッチングトランジスタのドレインに接続され、前記スイッチングトランジスタのソースは、同一のデータ信号または異なるデータ信号に接続され、1列に位置する同一の色を有する第1のOLEDサブピクセルに対応するスイッチングトランジスタのゲートは、同一のスイッチング信号または異なるスイッチング信号に接続され、
前記第1の方向が行方向である場合、第1のOLEDサブピクセルの第1の電極は、1つのスイッチングトランジスタのドレインに接続され、前記スイッチングトランジスタのソースは、同一のデータ信号または異なるデータ信号に接続され、1行に位置する同一の色を有する第1のOLEDサブピクセルに対応するスイッチングトランジスタのゲートは、同一のスイッチング信号または異なるスイッチング信号に接続される
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の透光OLED基板。 - 各前記第1のOLED同色サブピクセルの駆動方式は、アクティブ方式であり、前記第1のOLEDサブピクセルごとに、1つの第1の電極を有し、
前記第1の方向が列方向である場合、同一列中の各第1のOLED同色サブピクセルの第1の電極は、同一のピクセル駆動回路中の駆動トランジスタのドレインに接続されるか、または、各列の第1のOLED同色サブピクセルの第1の電極は、同一または異なるピクセル駆動回路中の駆動トランジスタのドレインに接続され、各前記駆動トランジスタのゲートは、1つのデータ信号に対応し、各前記駆動トランジスタのソースは、電源電圧に対応し、
前記第1の方向が行方向である場合、同一行中の各第1のOLED同色サブピクセルの第1の電極は、同一のピクセル駆動回路中の駆動トランジスタのドレインに接続されるか、または、各行の第1のOLED同色サブピクセルの第1の電極は、同一または異なるピクセル駆動回路中の駆動トランジスタのドレインに接続され、各前記駆動トランジスタのゲートは、1つのデータ信号に対応し、各前記駆動トランジスタのソースは、電源電圧に対応する
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の透光OLED基板。 - 前記少なくとも1つのOLEDピクセルユニットの駆動方式は、アクティブ方式であり、
前記第1の方向が列方向である場合、同一列の各OLEDピクセルユニット中の同一の色を有する各第1のOLEDサブピクセルの第1の電極は、同一のピクセル駆動回路に接続されるかまたは異なるピクセル駆動回路中の駆動トランジスタのドレインに接続され、各駆動トランジスタのゲートは、1つのデータ信号に対応し、各駆動トランジスタのソースは、電源電圧に対応し、
前記第1の方向が行方向である場合、同一行の各OLEDピクセルユニット中の同一の色を有する各第1のOLEDサブピクセルの第1の電極は、同一のピクセル駆動回路に接続されるかまたは異なるピクセル駆動回路中の駆動トランジスタのドレインに接続され、各駆動トランジスタのゲートは、1つのデータ信号に対応し、各駆動トランジスタのソースは、電源電圧に対応する
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の透光OLED基板。 - 前記第2の方向において、前記第1の電極の前記サブストレートにおける投影は、1つの第1のパターンユニットまたは2つ以上の第1のパターンユニットから構成され、前記第1のパターンユニットは、円形、楕円形、ダンベル形、ひょうたん形、または、長方形であり、
各前記第1の電極および/または対応する前記少なくとも1つの発光構造の前記サブストレートにおける投影の長さおよび/または位置は、同一であるか、または、異なり、前記第1の電極上に1つの発光構造が設けられ、前記発光構造は、第1の電極一面に広がるか、または、前記第1の電極上に、間隔を置いて配置された複数の発光構造が設けられ、前記間隔を置いた発光構造は、ピクセル定義層によって分離されるか、または、前記間隔を置いた発光構造の間にピクセル定義層がない
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の透光OLED基板。 - 請求項1~11のいずれか1項に記載の透光OLED基板を含む
ことを特徴とするディスプレイパネル。 - 第1のOLED基板と、第2のOLED基板と、を含み、
前記第1のOLED基板は、請求項1~11のいずれか1項に記載の透光OLED基板を含み、前記第2のOLED基板は、不透光基板であり、前記第1のOLED基板と前記第2のOLED基板とは、サブストレートを共有する
ことを特徴とするOLED基板。 - 前記第2のOLED基板は、前記第1のOLED基板を包囲するか、または、半包囲し、
前記第2のOLED基板は、前記サブストレートと、前記サブストレート上に位置する第3の電極層と、前記第3の電極層上に位置し、かつ複数の第2の発光構造を含む第2の発光構造層と、前記第2の発光構造層上に位置する第4の電極とを含み、
前記第3の電極層は、複数の第3の電極を含み、光反射性能を有し、
前記第1の方向および/または前記第2の方向において、前記第2の発光構造の色は、同一の規則に従って交互に配置され、
前記第4の電極は、表面電極である
ことを特徴とする請求項13に記載のOLED基板。 - 前記第3の電極層と前記第1の電極層とは、同一の層に位置し、および/または、前記第4の電極と前記第2の電極とは、同一の層に位置し、または、前記第1の電極上の前記少なくとも1つの発光構造と、各前記第3の電極上の1つの発光構造とは、同一のプロセスにおいて蒸着によって形成され、
前記第1の電極上の前記少なくとも1つの第1の発光構造と前記第3の電極上の前記1つの発光構造とは、同一の蒸着プロセスにおいて同一のマスクを使用して形成される
ことを特徴とする請求項14に記載のOLED基板。
