Description
図1は、本発明の実施形態に係る緯糸検出装置を含む織機の要部を示す横断面概略図である。また、図2は、本発明の実施形態に係る緯糸検出装置を含む織機の要部を示す断面概略図である。本発明が適用される織機は、杼を使用せずに緯入れをする織機、すなわち無杼織機である。無杼織機には、レピア織機、グリッパー織機、エアジェット織機、ウォータジェット織機があるが、本実施形態ではエアジェット織機を例に挙げて説明する。
本発明の技術的範囲は上述した実施形態に限定されるものではなく、発明の構成要件やその組み合わせによって得られる特定の効果を導き出せる範囲において、種々の変更や改良を加えた形態も含む。
Claims (2)
- 緯入れされる緯糸の到達を検出する、織機の緯糸検出装置において、
緯入れ方向に沿って緯入れされる緯糸と対向するように配置されるレンズと、
前記レンズを通して前記緯糸に光を照射する発光素子と、
前記発光素子から照射された光が前記緯糸に当たって反射する反射光を前記レンズを通して受光するとともに、前記緯入れ方向で前記発光素子と並設された受光素子と、
を備え、
前記レンズは、前記レンズの厚み方向において一方に位置し前記緯糸と対向するレンズ面と、前記レンズの厚み方向において他方に位置し前記発光素子及び前記受光素子と対向するレンズ面とを有し、
前記レンズは、前記緯糸と対向する側のレンズ面が凸面であり、かつ、前記緯入れ方向における前記レンズ面の曲率が水平方向と直交する方向における前記レンズ面の曲率よりも大きい、シリンドリカルレンズによって構成されている
ことを特徴とする織機の緯糸検出装置。 - 前記レンズの前記レンズ面は、前記緯入れ方向にのみ曲率をもつ
請求項1に記載の織機の緯糸検出装置。
