Description
前記作業機の手動制御は、前記自動制御に優先される。
まず、図1を参照しながら、建設機械の一例としてのショベル1の概略構造について説明する。図1に示すように、ショベル1は、下部走行体2と、下部走行体2の上方で旋回可能に設けられた上部旋回体3と、上部旋回体3に対し上下方向に回動可能に支持された掘削作業機5とを備える。掘削作業機5は、上部旋回体3に対し水平方向に回動可能に取り付けられたブームブラケット4を介して上部旋回体3に支持される。
図5を用いて、ショベル1が有する油圧回路6について説明する。油圧回路6は、複数の油圧アクチュエータ60、可変容量型ポンプ61、固定容量型ポンプ62、及びパイロットポンプ63を有する。
ショベル1が備える制御系の一例について簡単に説明する。このショベル1は、制御装置としての統合コントローラ100を備える。統合コントローラ100は、ショベル1の駆動制御を行う主制御部として、上述したエンジン30や油圧ポンプへの制御指示を出力する。
排土装置20の手動制御は、自動制御に優先されるものである。
(1)ショベル1は、上部旋回体3の旋回と掘削作業機5の動作を禁止する電磁弁104を備え、電磁弁104の禁止機能の有効と無効とを切り替える禁止スイッチ104aが把持部3240の上部表面に配置されているという構成でもよい。図7に示す例では、アングルチルト操作手段327の上方に禁止スイッチ104aが設けられている。

Claims (6)
- 作業機と、前記作業機を設計情報に従い自動制御する自動制御装置と、前記作業機を手動制御する操作レバーと、前記操作レバーに装着され、前記自動制御の有効と無効を択一的に切り替える自動スイッチとを備え、
前記自動制御が行われているときに、前記操作レバーが操作されると、前記手動制御が行われ、
前記手動制御が行われた場合、前記操作レバーの操作をしないと、前記自動制御に復帰することを特徴とする建設機械。 - 前記建設機械がショベルであって、
前記作業機が、前記ショベルの下部走行体に昇降自在に装着された排土装置であり、
前記操作レバーが前記排土装置を昇降させる昇降レバーであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の建設機械。 - 前記操作レバーが、前記排土装置の前端に設けられた排土板のアングル動作又はチルト動作の少なくとも1つの動作を手動制御する操作手段を備えていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の建設機械。
- 前記操作手段が、運転席から見て前記操作レバーの把持部の上部表面に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の建設機械。
- 前記自動スイッチは、運転席から見て前記操作レバーの把持部の裏面に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の建設機械。
- 前記ショベルの上部旋回体の旋回と前記ショベルの掘削作業機の動作を禁止する禁止装置を備え、
前記禁止装置の禁止機能の有効と無効とを切り替える禁止スイッチが前記操作レバーの把持部の上部表面に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項2~5の何れか1項に記載の建設機械。
