Description
・物品表面の少なくとも一部を浸炭または窒化処理に付し、この間にそれぞれ炭素、窒素原子が物品の表面の少なくとも一部に拡散する操作と、
・浸炭または窒化処理を受けた物品表面の少なくとも一部に、金属材料のガルバニック成長により装飾および/または機能層を堆積させる操作と、
を含む。
Claims (29)
- 当初非導電性であるセラミック材料製の完成または半完成物品の表面の少なくとも一部に装飾および/または機能層を堆積させる方法であって、以下の:
・前記物品の前記表面の前記少なくとも一部を浸炭または窒化処理に付し、この間にそれぞれ炭素、窒素原子が前記物品の前記表面の前記少なくとも一部に拡散する操作と、
・前記浸炭または窒化処理を受けた前記物品の前記表面の少なくとも一部に、金属材料のガルバニック成長により前記装飾および/または機能層を堆積させる操作と、
を含む堆積方法。 - 前記浸炭または窒化処理は、反応性雰囲気を生じるプラズマ反応器または熱フィラメント反応器で実施されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装飾および/または機能層を堆積させる方法。
- 前記浸炭または窒化工程の前に、前記完成または半完成物品の前記表面の前記少なくとも一部は還元処理に付され、この間に酸素欠乏が前記完成または半完成物品の前記表面からその中心に起こることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の装飾および/または機能層を堆積させる方法。
- 前記物品がプラズマ浸炭処理に付されるとき、前記物品は反応器に導入され、ここで水素、中性ガスおよび微量の炭素の混合物をイオン化することにより得られるプラズマを生じる前に、少なくとも部分真空が引き起こされることを特徴とする、請求項2または3に記載の装飾および/または機能層を堆積させる方法。
- 前記プラズマを形成するのに用いられる前記微量の炭素は、炭化水素または該炭化水素の混合物から得られることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の装飾および/または機能層を堆積させる方法。
- 前記炭化水素はエタン、メタンおよびアセチレンから形成される群から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の装飾および/または機能層を堆積させる方法。
- 前記中性ガスはアルゴンであることを特徴とする、請求項4から請求項6のいずれか一項に記載の装飾および/または機能層を堆積させる方法。
- 前記物品は15分から240分の持続時間、好ましくは150分と同等の持続時間、前記プラズマにより生じる前記反応性雰囲気に維持されることを特徴とする、請求項4から請求項7のいずれか一項に記載の装飾および/または機能層を堆積させる方法。
- 前記プラズマ浸炭処理中の前記物品の平均温度は600から1300℃で変化することを特徴とする、請求項4から請求項8のいずれか一項に記載の装飾および/または機能層を堆積させる方法。
- 前記物品がプラズマ窒化処理に付されるとき、前記物品は反応器に導入され、ここで水素、中性ガスおよび窒素の混合物を前記イオン化することにより得られるプラズマを生じる前に、少なくとも部分真空が引き起こされることを特徴とする、請求項2または請求項3に記載の装飾および/または機能層を堆積させる方法。
- 前記中性ガスはアルゴンまたはネオンであることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の装飾および/または機能層を堆積させる方法。
- 前記物品は15分から240分の持続時間、好ましくは150分と同等の持続時間、前記プラズマにより生じる前記反応性雰囲気で維持されることを特徴とする、請求項10または請求項11に記載の装飾および/または機能層を堆積させる方法。
- 前記プラズマ窒化処理中の前記物品の平均温度は500から900℃に設定されることを特徴とする、請求項10から請求項12のいずれか一項に記載の装飾および/または機能層を堆積させる方法。
- 前記プラズマは高周波(RF)またはマイクロ波により、直流放電を用いて生成されることを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項13のいずれか一項に記載の装飾および/または機能層を堆積させる方法。
- 前記物品が熱フィラメント型反応器で実施される浸炭または窒化処理に付されるとき、原子状炭素または原子状窒素の反応性雰囲気を生じる前に、前記熱フィラメント型反応器内で少なくとも部分真空が引き起こされることを特徴とする、請求項2または請求項3に記載の装飾および/または機能層を堆積させる方法。
- 前記原子状炭素または前記原子状窒素の反応性雰囲気に、原子状水素が添加されることを特徴とする、請求項15に記載の装飾および/または機能層を堆積させる方法。
- 前記フィラメントの温度は少なくとも1500℃に達することを特徴とする、請求項15または16に記載の装飾および/または機能層を堆積させる方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つのフィラメントは金属材料製であることを特徴とする、請求項17に記載の装飾および/または機能層を堆積させる方法。
- 前記セラミック物品は10から1000nmの厚みにわたって炭化ジルコニウムまたは窒化ジルコニウムに変換され、前記セラミック物品の最外層は20から200nmの厚さの炭化ジルコニウムまたは窒化ジルコニウムであることを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項18のいずれか一項に記載の装飾および/または機能層を堆積させる方法。
- 前記物品はジルコニアZrO2、アルミナAl2O3またはシリカSiO 2 製であることを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項19のいずれか一項に記載の装飾および/または機能層を堆積させる方法。
- 前記ジルコニアは正方晶t-ZrO2であることを特徴とする、請求項20に記載の装飾および/または機能層を堆積させる方法。
- 前記正方晶t-ZrO2は3モル%の酸化イットリウムY2O3を添加することにより室温で安定化することを特徴とする、請求項21に記載の装飾および/または機能層を堆積させる方法。
- 前記ガルバニック成長工程のための前記金属材料は、金、銀、銅、白金、インジウム、パラジウム、ロジウム、ホワイトおよびイエローブロンズ、ニッケル並びにこれらの金属の合金から形成される群から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項22のいずれか一項に記載の装飾および/または機能層を堆積させる方法。
- 前記ガルバニック成長の工程は、温度が60℃から70℃であり、0.1から1.0A/dm2の電流密度を有する電流を循環させる電解槽で実施されることを特徴とする、請求項23に記載の装飾および/または機能層を堆積させる方法。
- 浸炭部における金-銅合金のガルバニック成長による前記堆積のため、シアン化カリウムが触媒として用いられることを特徴とする、請求項24に記載の装飾および/または機能層を堆積させる方法。
- 18カラットの金のガルバニック成長による前記堆積のため、前記電流密度は0.4から0.5A/dm2であることを特徴とする、請求項25に記載の装飾および/または機能層を堆積させる方法。
- 浸炭または窒化処理後の前記物品の前記表面電気抵抗は10Ω/□であることを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項26のいずれか一項に記載の装飾および/または機能層を堆積させる方法。
- 計時器または宝石のための当初非導電性であるセラミック材料製の物品であって、前記セラミック材料製の物品の最外層は、前記物品と一体であり、且つ、装飾および/または機能的金属層で覆われた炭化層または窒化層である、物品。
- 腕時計の内部、腕時計のベゼル、腕時計のダイアル、ブレスレットリンク、ブリッジ、時計のムーブメントのプレートまたは振動部分、リングあるいはイヤリングであることを特徴とする、請求項28に記載の物品。
