Description
− 完成品又は半完成品の形態である予成形された少なくとも1つのジルコニア製の物を用意するステップと、
− 水素、中性気体及び微量の炭素の混合物から作られたプラズマを収容するチャンバー内に前記物を配置するステップと、
− 約15〜240分間プラズマの近くに前記物を維持するステップと
を有する。これらの条件にて落ち着く前記物の平均温度は、前記物において炭素原子が拡散するように約600〜1300℃である。
完成品又は半完成品の形に予成形された少なくとも1つのジルコニア製の物を用意する用意ステップと、
少なくとも第1の濃度の水素と炭素をベースとする気体である第1の物質及び第2の濃度の水素と窒素をベースとする気体である第2の物質を含む気体混合物を収容しているチャンバー内に前記物を配置する配置ステップと、
前記物を加熱して前記物の外面内にて炭素と窒素の原子を拡散させるように、前記第1及び第2の物質の分子が解離するまで前記気体混合物を加熱し、加熱された気体を収容しているチャンバー内に前記物を保持する加熱ステップと
を有する。
Claims (4)
- 金属的な外観及び非ゼロの導電率を有する完成品又は半完成品であるジルコニアをベースとする物(1)を製造する方法であって、
完成品又は半完成品の形に予成形された少なくとも1つのジルコニア製の物を用意する用意ステップと、
少なくとも第1の濃度(C1)の水素と炭素をベースとする気体である第1の物質及び第2の濃度(C2)の水素と窒素をベースとする気体である第2の物質を含む気体混合物を収容しているチャンバー(10)内に前記物を配置する配置ステップと、
前記物の外面(2)内に炭素と窒素の原子を拡散させてこの外面(2)において化学量論的な炭窒化物(ZrCx−Ny)を形成するように、前記第1及び第2の物質の分子が解離するまで前記気体混合物を加熱し、このようにして作られた反応性雰囲気内に前記物を保持する加熱ステップと、
前記チャンバー内に収容されている処理気体を加熱する前記加熱ステップの前に、前記ジルコニア製の物に含まれている酸素を前記表面の方へと拡散し解放することが可能になるように、二水素が注入されるチャンバー内に前記物を配置しその二水素を加熱する還元ステップと
を有し、
前記水素と窒素をベースとする第2の物質の濃度は、前記水素と炭素をベースとする第1の物質よりも大きい方法。 - さらに、前記チャンバー内に収容されている気体を加熱する前記加熱ステップの間に、前記ジルコニア製の物内に含まれている酸素を表面の方へ拡散させて解放するステップを有する
請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記物の外面にある転換された層の厚みは、10〜1000nmである
請求項1又は2に記載の方法。 - 前記物の外面にある転換された層の厚みは、20〜200nmである
