Claims (6)
- センサ素子の表面に多孔質保護層が設けられているガスセンサであって、
多孔質保護層が、セラミックス粒子とセラミックス繊維を含み、
セラミックス繊維が、多孔質保護層の厚み方向において、表面と、厚み方向中点より裏面側と、に存在し、
多孔質保護層の表面側におけるセラミックス繊維の含有率が、多孔質保護層の裏面側よりも高いガスセンサ。 - 多孔質保護層内に板状セラミックス粒子が含まれている請求項1に記載のガスセンサ。
- 板状セラミックス粒子が、多孔質保護層の厚み方向において、厚み方向中点より裏面側に存在する請求項2に記載のガスセンサ。
- 多孔質保護層は、裏面側に位置する第1層と、表面側に位置する第2層を備えた多層構造であり、
第1層の気孔率が、第2層の気孔率より高い請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のガスセンサ。 - 第1層にセラミックス繊維が含まれており、
第1層におけるセラミックス繊維の体積率が、セラミックス粒子と板状セラミックス粒とセラミックス繊維の合計の体積に対して、5体積%以上25体積%以下である請求項4に記載のガスセンサ。 - 第1層と第2層が接している請求項4または5に記載のガスセンサ。
