Description

・タイヤ及び補強手段の上に封止手段を溶かしてまたは注いで、筐体または型及び封止手段内にタイヤ及び補強手段を封止するステップ:及び
・封止手段を、再利用製品を形成するように硬化させるまたは硬化可能にするステップ
を含む、方法を提供する。
・プラスチック;
・電子部品及び回路基板;
・電池;
・金属及び機械部品の断片;
・ガラス球及び電球;
・アスベスト、繊維セメント及び/または廃コンクリート;及び/または
・織物
を含む。
・筐体;

Claims (7)
- タイヤ及び/またはタイヤ片が筐体内に封入された再利用製品を製造する方法であって、
・筐体または型内にタイヤ及び/またはタイヤ片を置くステップ;
・前記タイヤ同士を結合するように、前記タイヤ及び/または前記タイヤ片に、結合材を適用するステップにおいて、前記結合材は、1つまたは複数の接着剤と組合せた、金属ピン、ネジ、釘、ナットとボルト、ワイヤ、及び/または、鋼若しくはナイロンバンドであるステップ;
・前記タイヤ及び/またはタイヤ片に補強手段を適用するステップ;
・前記タイヤ及び前記結合材及び前記補強手段の上に封止手段を溶かして注いで、前記筐体または型及び前記封止手段内に前記タイヤ及び前記補強手段を封止するステップにおいて、前記封止手段は、プラスチックであり、前記封止手段を、前記タイヤ及び前記補強手段を被覆し、封止するのに広げられるように、前記封止手段が成形可能となる程度に、封止手段を軟化させ、溶融するのに十分な高温まで、加熱するステップ:
・前記封止手段を、再利用製品を形成するように硬化させるまたは硬化可能にするステップ;
を含む
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 廃材を、接着剤を加える前に、前記筐体または型内に置き、前記接着剤を加えると、前記接着剤は、前記タイヤと前記廃材を結合する
請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記廃材は、
・プラスチック;
・電子部品及び回路基板;
・電池;
・金属及び機械部品の断片;
・ガラス球及び電球;
・アスベスト、繊維セメント及び/またはコンクリート;及び/または、
・織物
を含む
請求項2に記載の方法。 - 前記タイヤ及びタイヤ片を、略同心配置で配置する
請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の方法。 - 前記補強手段は、金属棒、金属ピン、及び/または金属ワイヤである
請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載の方法。 - 前記補強手段を、前記タイヤ及び/またはタイヤ片の上または周りに、格子状パターンで配置する
請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載の方法。 - 前記筐体は、
・底面及び前記底面に接続する4側壁を有し;
・耐浸出性ライニングを有し;
・耐浸出性であり;
・紫外線を遮断するまたは紫外線に影響されず;及び/または、
・耐火性である
請求項1ないし6のいずれかに記載の方法。
