Claims (23)
- 空洞を画定する複数の壁を備え、
前記複数の壁のうちの少なくとも2つの互いに対向する壁が、それぞれモジュールを支持する積み重ね支持面となるように構成され、
前記モジュールは直方体形状であって、
前記複数の壁のうちの2つ以上の壁のそれぞれが開口を備え、
前記開口は前記2つ以上の壁のそれぞれを貫通して前記空洞に至る導管を提供し、
前記2つ以上の壁の前記開口のそれぞれと前記空洞は、水流が前記空洞の内部に入り、貫通し、外部に出るように構成され、
前記2つ以上の壁のそれぞれは各々の外面から前記空洞まで内側に延びている円筒形空間を更に備え、 前記空洞は中央球状空洞を形成する複数の曲面壁を備え、前記複数の曲面壁は前記複数の壁のうちの1つ以上を支える支持アーチとなるように構成されたことを特徴とする、水中構造用のモジュール。 - 前記複数の壁は組積材料からなる、請求項1に記載のモジュール。
- 前記組積材料はコンクリートである、請求項2に記載のモジュール。
- 前記空洞及び/又は複数の開口は、少なくとも1個の前記モジュール、好ましくは最大5個の前記モジュール、より好ましくは最大10個の前記モジュールを支持するのに十分な機械的強度を有するように構成される、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載のモジュール。
- 前記空洞は、前記複数の壁のうちの1つ以上を支えるヴォールト状支持部となるように構成された曲面壁を備える、請求項1又は4に記載のモジュール。
- 前記複数の壁のうちの少なくとも1つは、粗い外面を備える、請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載のモジュール。
- 前記複数の壁のうちの少なくとも1つに設けられ、前記モジュールの外部の外部要素に配置された相補的構造と係合するように構成された係合構造を更に備える、請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載のモジュール。
- 前記係合構造は、前記1つ以上の複数の壁の外壁に配置されている、請求項7に記載のモジュール。
- 前記複数の壁のうちの少なくとも2つに設けられた前記係合構造を更に備え、
前記複数の壁のうちの前記少なくとも2つのうちの第1の壁に設けられた第1の前記係合構造は、前記少なくとも2つ以上の複数の壁のうちの第2の壁に設けられた第2の前記係合構造と相補関係にある、請求項7又は8に記載のモジュール。 - 前記複数の壁のうちの前記少なくとも2つは互いに対向している、請求項9に記載のモジュール。
- 前記複数の壁のうちの前記少なくとも2つに設けられた前記第1及び第2の係合構造は、前記モジュールの外部に横方向に配置された要素と係合するように構成される、請求項10に記載のモジュール。
- 前記複数の壁のうちの前記少なくとも2つに設けられた前記第1及び第2の係合構造は、前記モジュールの外部に縦方向に配置された要素と係合するように構成される、請求項10又は11に記載のモジュール。
- 前記複数の壁のうちの前記少なくとも2つは、それぞれが前記積み重ね面となる、請求項12に記載のモジュール。
- 請求項1~13のいずれかに記載のモジュールを複数含み、
前記複数のモジュールの第1のグループは前記複数のモジュールの第2のグループを支持し、前記複数のモジュールの前記第2のグループのそれぞれの積み重ね面は、前記複数のモジュールの前記第1のグループの1つ以上の積み重ね面上に載置されることを特徴とする、構造。 - 横方向に隣接する複数のモジュールが、前記係合構造と相補的係合構造を介して互いに連結されている、請求項7~13のいずれか1項に従属する請求項14に記載の構造。
- 縦方向に隣接する複数のモジュールが、前記係合構造と相補的係合構造を介して互いに連結されている、請求項7~13のいずれか1項に従属する請求項14、又は、請求項15に記載の構造。
- 製造されるモジュールが直方体形状であり、前記モジュールに形成される空洞の形状を有する物体を、前記モジュールの外形に対応する内形を有する型の内部に配置し、
第1及び第2の内壁からそれぞれ前記物体まで延在するように第1及び第2の円筒形状のリングを配置し、
前記型に組積材料からなる硬化性混合物を充填し、
前記硬化性混合物を硬化させ、前記型から前記モジュールを取り出すことを含むことを特徴とする、人工リーフ用モジュールの製造方法。 - 前記モジュールを前記型から取り出す前に、前記第1及び第2のリングを取り外すことを更に含む、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記物体は、前記モジュールから前記物体を取り出せるように折り畳み可能である請求項17又は18に記載の方法。
- 前記物体は膨張性の物体であり、前記モジュールから前記物体を取り出せるように収縮可能である、請求項19に記載の方法。
- 前記型から取り出した前記モジュールの外壁又はその一部から部分的に硬化した前記硬化性混合物を取り除いて粗面とすることを更に含む、請求項17~20のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 部分的に硬化した前記硬化性混合物の除去により、骨材の表面を露出させる、請求項21に記載の方法。
- 前記壁は、プラスチック材料からなる、請求項1に記載のモジュール。
