Claims (14)
- 電力を貯蔵する高電圧バッテリーと、
前記高電圧バッテリーと電装負荷との間に設けられたパワーリレーと、
前記パワーリレーを介して前記高電圧バッテリーから電源の供給を受ける第1コンバータと、
前記パワーリレーをバイパスして前記高電圧バッテリーから直接電源の供給を受ける第2コンバータと、
前記第1コンバータ及び前記第2コンバータのうちの少なくとも一つから電源の供給を受ける電装負荷と、
車両の始動状態に基づいて前記パワーリレー、前記第1コンバータまたは前記第2コンバータの作動を制御するコントローラと、
前記第2コンバータと前記電装負荷との間に位置し、前記第2コンバータから供給する電力を貯蔵する電力貯蔵装置を含み、
前記電力貯蔵装置は、キャパシタ、スーパーキャパシタまたは電気二重層キャパシタである、車両の電源供給システム。 - 前記パワーリレーと前記第1コンバータとの間から分岐して前記パワーリレーを介して前記高電圧バッテリーから電源の供給を受けるモーターをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の車両の電源供給システム。
- 前記第1コンバータの電力変換容量は前記第2コンバータの電力変換容量よりも大きいことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の車両の電源供給システム。
- 前記コントローラは、車両の始動がオン状態である場合には、前記パワーリレーを接続して前記高電圧バッテリーの電源が前記第1コンバータへ供給されるように制御することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の車両の電源供給システム。
- 前記コントローラは、前記パワーリレーが接続された状態で前記第1コンバータの故障が感知された場合、前記第1コンバータの作動を停止するように制御することを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の車両の電源供給システム。
- 前記コントローラは、車両の始動がオフ状態である場合には、前記パワーリレーの接続を遮断して、前記第1コンバータへ供給される前記高電圧バッテリーの電源を遮断するように制御することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の車両の電源供給システム。
- 前記コントローラは、車両の始動がオフ状態である場合には、前記電力貯蔵装置の充電状態に基づいて前記第2コンバータの作動を制御することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の車両の電源供給システム。
- 前記第2コンバータと前記電装負荷との間に位置し、前記第2コンバータから前記電装負荷へ供給する電源を接続または遮断する補助リレーをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の車両の電源供給システム。
- 前記コントローラは、車両の始動がオフ状態である場合には、前記高電圧バッテリーの放電可能性を判断し、判断した放電可能性に基づいて前記補助リレーの作動を制御することを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の車両の電源供給システム。
- 前記補助リレーは、車両の手動キーが回転することにより接続され、前記第2コンバータから前記電装負荷へ供給する電源を接続することを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の車両の電源供給システム。
- 請求項1に記載の電源供給システムを制御する方法であって、
コントローラが車両の始動状態を判断する段階と、
車両の始動がオン状態である場合には、前記コントローラがパワーリレーを接続して高電圧バッテリーの電源が第1コンバータへ供給されるように制御し、車両の始動がオフ状態である場合には、前記コントローラが前記パワーリレーを遮断して前記高電圧バッテリーの電源が前記第1コンバータへ供給されないように制御する段階とを含んでなる、車両の電源供給システムの制御方法。 - 前記コントローラが前記パワーリレーを接続または遮断する段階の後に、前記パワーリレーが接続された場合、前記コントローラが前記第1コンバータの故障を感知する段階と、
前記第1コンバータが故障した場合には、前記コントローラが前記第1コンバータの作動を停止するように制御する段階とをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の車両の電源供給システムの制御方法。 - 前記コントローラが前記パワーリレーを接続または遮断する段階では、前記コントローラは、車両の始動状態に関係なく、第2コンバータを作動し続けるように制御することを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の車両の電源供給システムの制御方法。
- 請求項1に記載の電源供給システムを制御する方法であって、
コントローラが車両の始動状態を判断する段階と、
車両の始動がオン状態である場合には、前記コントローラがパワーリレーを接続して高電圧バッテリーの電源が第1コンバータへ供給されるように制御し、車両の始動がオフ状態である場合には、前記コントローラが前記パワーリレーを遮断して前記高電圧バッテリーの電源が前記第1コンバータへ供給されないように制御する段階と、
車両の始動がオフ状態である場合には、前記コントローラは電力貯蔵装置の充電状態を感知し、感知した充電状態に基づいて第2コンバータの作動を制御する段階とを含んでなる、車両の電源供給システムの制御方法。
