Claims (4)
- 酸素イオン伝導性を有するZrO2を含む固体電解質体と、前記固体電解質体上に配置されて被測定ガスに晒される検知電極と、前記固体電解質体上に配置されて基準ガスに晒される基準電極とを備えるガスセンサ素子であって、
前記検知電極は、Ptと、ZrO2とを含み、
前記検知電極の厚さは、3~10μmであり、
前記検知電極において、ZrO2の含有量は、Ptに対して12~18wt%であり、
前記検知電極の気孔率は、5%以下であり、
前記検知電極中のZrO2粒子の粒度分布を示すグラフにおいて、0.025μm~0.200μmの範囲に表れるピークの累積値が60~75%であり、1.000μm~3.162μmの範囲に表れるピークの累積値が2~7%であるガスセンサ素子。 - 請求項1に記載のガスセンサ素子であって、
前記固体電解質体は、軸線方向に延び、先端部が閉塞された有底筒状に形成され、
前記検知電極は、前記固体電解質体の外表面上に配置され、
前記基準電極は、前記固体電解質体の内表面上に配置され、
前記検知電極は、前記固体電解質体の外表面において前記先端部の一部分を覆うように形成されるガスセンサ素子。 - 請求項2に記載のガスセンサ素子と、
棒状に形成され、前記有底筒状に形成された前記固体電解質体の内部に配置され、通電により発熱するヒータと、
前記ガスセンサ素子を保持する保持部材と
を備えるガスセンサであって、
前記固体電解質体の後端側から先端側に向かうにつれて前記ヒータが前記検知電極に近づくように、前記ヒータの長手方向が前記軸線方向に対して傾いており、
前記ヒータの先端側の端部は、前記固体電解質体の内表面に配置されている前記基準電極に接触し、
前記ヒータの先端側の端部と前記基準電極との接触箇所は、前記基準電極および前記固体電解質体を挟んで前記検知電極と対向するガスセンサ。 - 請求項1または請求項2に記載のガスセンサ素子と、前記ガスセンサ素子を保持する保持部材とを備えるガスセンサ。
