Description
Claims (7)
- 内容物を収容するように形成される収容空間を内部に備え、前記収容空間の上部を密封する上部密封キャップを備えるハウジングと、
前記上部密封キャップに装着され、中央部に貫通孔を備えるマウンティングカップと、
内部に中空部を有して前記マウンティングカップに装着される装着部、及び前記中空部と前記収容空間を連通する連通流路を備えるステムハウジングと、
一側は前記貫通孔を貫通して他側は前記中空部に摺動可能に配置され、前記摺動により前記中空部に選択的に連通するオリフィスを備えるバルブステムと、
過圧が発生すると前記連通流路を遮断するように構成される流路遮断バルブ部とを含み、
前記ステムハウジングは、互いに垂直に形成される第1ハウジング及び第2ハウジングを備え、
前記流路遮断バルブ部は、
前記第2ハウジングの入口に挿入されて前記収容空間に連通するボディと、
前記ボディの内部に収容される閉鎖部材と、
固体状態で前記閉鎖部材を支持し、所定温度以上で溶融して前記閉鎖部材の支持を解除しながら前記連通流路に流入するメルト部とを含み、
前記第2ハウジングは、第1流路と、前記第1流路より内径が小さい第2流路とを備え、
前記第1流路は、前記第2流路と前記流路遮断バルブ部との間に配置され、
前記メルト部は、前記溶融する前の固体状態でフック形状を有して前記連通流路を向く前記閉鎖部材の一側を支持するように形成される係止部を備え、
前記溶融したメルト部が移動及び凝固して前記閉鎖部材を囲んで二重に前記第2流路の流入口で前記連通流路を遮断するように、前記メルト部は、少なくとも一部が熱可塑性樹脂からなることを特徴とする噴射容器。 - 前記溶融したメルト部が前記連通流路に流入することにより前記内容物が通る前記連通流路の幅が狭くなるように、前記連通流路は、前記溶融したメルト部の移動経路に沿って幅が狭くなるように形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の噴射容器。
- 前記メルト部は、前記溶融する前の固体状態で前記閉鎖部材の移動を妨げるように、前記第2流路の流入口と前記閉鎖部材間に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の噴射容器。
- 前記閉鎖部材の支持が解除されることにより前記閉鎖部材と前記メルト部が重力方向に移動するように、前記連通流路において前記流路遮断バルブ部が挿入される部分は、前記噴射容器が外部装置に装着された状態で前記重力方向に沿って配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の噴射容器。
- 前記閉鎖部材と前記第2流路の流入口とは、前記閉鎖部材が前記第2流路の流入口に移動して前記連通流路を遮断した後、対向する面が当接するように、対応して形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の噴射容器。
- 前記閉鎖部材は、球状に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の噴射容器。
- 前記閉鎖部材は、前記メルト部より高い融点を有する物質からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の噴射容器。
