Claims (10)
- 作動油を吐出する少なくとも1つの油圧ポンプと、
前記少なくとも1つの油圧ポンプからの作動油の供給によって作動するアクチュエータと、を含む回生制御油圧システムであって、
前記回生制御油圧システムは、回生油路と回生遮断油路とをさらに含み、
前記回生油路は、戻り油を回生油として前記アクチュエータの負圧になっているキャビティ内に送り、前記戻り油は、前記アクチュエータから排出された作動油であり、前記回生油路に回生弁と第1の制御弁とが設けられ、前記第1の制御弁は、作業装置が内方へ揺動する場合、回生油が前記アクチュエータの負圧になっているキャビティ内に流入するように制御し、又は、作業装置が外方へ揺動する場合、前記アクチュエータから回生遮断油路に油を排出するように制御し、
前記回生遮断油路は、回生弁を通過した回生油又はアクチュエータからの排出油を他の目的地に送り、前記回生遮断油路に回生遮断弁が設けられ、
前記回生油が前記回生油路、前記回生弁及び前記第1の制御弁を通過して前記アクチュエータの負圧になっているキャビティ内に回生されている過程において、前記回生油の一部が前記回生油路、前記回生弁を通過して前記回生遮断油路に流れて他の目的地に送られることにより、前記アクチュエータの負圧になっているキャビティ内に回生される前記回生油の油流量を調節する、
ことを特徴とする回生制御油圧システム。 - 前記第1の制御弁は、ロジック弁である、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回生制御油圧システム。 - 前記油圧ポンプは、第1の油圧ポンプと第2の油圧ポンプとを含み、前記第1の油圧ポンプのポンプ出口に第2の制御弁が設けられ、前記第2の油圧ポンプのポンプ出口に第3の制御弁が設けられ、前記アクチュエータは、第1のキャビティと第2のキャビティとを有し、前記第1の油圧ポンプが前記第2の制御弁の制御下で、前記第2の油圧ポンプが前記第3の制御弁の制御下で、合流して、それぞれ前記アクチュエータの第1のキャビティ及び第2のキャビティに油を供給できる、
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の回生制御油圧システム。 - 前記第1のキャビティに第1の作動油路が連通され、前記第2のキャビティに第2の作動油路が連通され、前記第1の油圧ポンプは、前記第2の制御弁の制御下で、前記第1の作動油路及び前記第2の作動油路に連通し、前記第2の油圧ポンプは、前記第3の制御弁の制御下で、前記第1の作動油路及び前記第2の作動油路に連通する、
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の回生制御油圧システム。 - 第1の油圧ポンプは、第2の制御弁の制御下で、前記第1の作動油路及び前記第2の作動油路にそれぞれ連通し、前記第2の制御弁は、圧油ポート(p1)と、戻り油ポート(t1)と、2つの作動油ポート(a1,b1)と、を含み、前記圧油ポート(p1)が前記第1の油圧ポンプのポンプ出口に連通し、前記戻り油ポート(t1)が戻り油タンクTに連通し、2つの作動油ポート(a1,b1)がそれぞれ前記第1の作動油路及び前記第2の作動油路に連通する、
ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の回生制御油圧システム。 - 第2の油圧ポンプは、第3の制御弁の制御下で、前記第1の作動油路及び前記第2の作動油路にそれぞれ連通し、前記第3の制御弁は、圧油ポート(p2)と、戻り油ポート(t2)と、2つの作動油ポート(a2,b2)と、を含み、前記圧油ポート(p2)が前記第2の油圧ポンプのポンプ出口に連通し、前記戻り油ポート(t2)が戻り油タンクTに連通し、2つの作動油ポート(a2,b2)がそれぞれ前記第1の作動油路及び前記第2の作動油路に連通する、
ことを特徴とする請求項4又は5に記載の回生制御油圧システム。 - 前記第2の制御弁及び前記第3の制御弁は、いずれも中立位置、第1の作動位置及び第2の作動位置を有し、前記第2の制御弁及び前記第3の制御弁がいずれも前記第1の作動位置にある場合、前記第1の油圧ポンプと前記第2の油圧ポンプとが合流して前記アクチュエータの第1のキャビティに油を供給し、前記第2のキャビティから排出された作動油が、前記回生油路を通過して前記第1のキャビティに回生するか、又は前記回生遮断油路を通過して他の目的地に送られ、前記第2の制御弁及び前記第3の制御弁がいずれも前記第2の作動位置にある場合、第1の油圧ポンプと第2の油圧ポンプとが合流して前記第2のキャビティに油を供給し、前記第1のキャビティから排出された作動油が、前記第1の制御弁及び前記第2の制御弁、及び/又は前記回生遮断油路を通過して他の目的地に送られる、
ことを特徴とする請求項4~6のいずれかに記載の回生制御油圧システム。 - 前記回生油路の両端は、それぞれ、前記第1の作動油路及び前記第2の作動油路に連通する、
ことを特徴とする請求項4~7のいずれかに記載の回生制御油圧システム。 - 前記第2の作動油路には第4の制御弁がさらに設けられ、前記第4の制御弁は、前記第1の油圧ポンプ及び前記第2の油圧ポンプから圧送された作動油が前記第2のキャビティに流入するように制御し、又は前記第2のキャビティから前記回生油路に油を排出するように制御する、
