Claims (5)
- 油圧ポンプ及びタンクと油圧シリンダとの間に設けられ、操作手段により切換操作されて上記油圧シリンダに対する圧油の給排を制御するコントロールバルブと、
上記油圧シリンダのボトム側油室と上記コントロールバルブとを結ぶボトム側管路と、
上記油圧シリンダの縮み操作時に上記ボトム側油室から排出される戻り油を上記コントロールバルブを経由しないで直接タンクに戻すように上記ボトム側管路に分岐接続される分岐管路と、
上記操作手段のシリンダ縮み側操作時のみに油の流れを許容するように上記分岐管路に設けられてクイックリターン回路を構成するクイックリターンバルブと、
上記戻り油の一部を上記油圧シリンダのロッド側油室に供給する再生回路であって上記シリンダ縮み側操作時のみに上記ボトム側からロッド側に向かう油の流れのみを許容する再生回路と、を備え、
上記再生回路は、上記ボトム側管路と、上記油圧シリンダのロッド側油室と上記コントロールバルブとを結ぶロッド側管路との間に接続されるバイパス管路と、このバイパス管路に設けられ、当該バイパス管路を閉じる位置と、シリンダ縮み操作時のみにボトム側からロッド側への油の流れのみを許容する一方向弁機能を発揮する位置との間で切換わる再生切換弁と、を有し、
上記バイパス管路は、上記ボトム側管路に対する上記分岐管路の分岐点よりも、上記ボトム側油室から排出される戻り油の流れから見て上流側で上記ボトム側管路に接続されていることを特徴とする建設機械の油圧シリンダ回路。 - 上記クイックリターンバルブとして、閉じ位置と開き位置との間で切換わる油圧パイロット式の開閉弁を用いたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の建設機械の油圧シリンダ回路。
- 上記クイックリターンバルブとして、パイロット圧によって開くパイロットチェック弁を用いたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の建設機械の油圧シリンダ回路。
- 上記パイロットチェック弁のパイロットラインに、電気信号によって開閉する電磁弁を設け、かつ、シリンダ縮み操作を検出する検出手段と、この検出手段からのシリンダ縮み操作信号に基づいて上記電磁弁に開き信号を出力するコントローラとを設けたことを特徴とする請求項3記載の建設機械の油圧シリンダ回路。
- 上記コントロールバルブを、リモコン弁からのパイロット圧によって切換わり動作する油圧パイロット切換弁として構成し、上記リモコン弁からのシリンダ縮み側パイロット圧を上記クイックリターンバルブにパイロット圧として供給するように構成したことを特徴とする請求項2〜4のいずれか1項に記載の建設機械の油圧シリンダ回路。
