Description
そこで、従来、油圧アクチュエータに対する油給排制御を、油圧ポンプから油圧シリンダのヘッド側油室、ロッド側油室への供給流量をそれぞれ制御するヘッド側、ロッド側メータインバルブ(ヘッドエンド、ロッドエンド供給弁)と、ヘッド側油室、ロッド側油室から油タンクへの排出流量をそれぞれ制御するヘッド側、ロッド側メータアウトバルブ(ヘッドエンド、ロッドエンドドレン弁)との4つのメータリングバルブを用いて形成したブリッジ回路により行うようにした技術が知られている(例えば、特許文献1参照。)。このものにおいて、前記4つのメータリングバルブはコントローラからの指令に基づいて個別に作動するようになっており、而して、作業内容やオペレータに応じてメータインとメータアウトとの関係を容易に変更することができる。
さらに、前記4つのメータリングバルブを用いたブリッジ回路では、油圧アクチュエータの一方の油室からの排出油を他方の油室に供給する再生を行うことができるようになっているが、該再生を行う場合には、ヘッド側、ロッド側の両方のメータインバルブを開き、一方の油室からの排出油を一方のメータインバルブを経てポンプ吐出油に合流させてから、他方のメータインバルブを経て他方の油室に供給するようになっている。
一方、油圧アクチュエータに対するメータイン制御とメータアウト制御とを個別に行う他の技術として、油圧ポンプに接続される油圧アクチュエータのポートを切換えるとともに該ポートへの供給流量を制御するメータイン切換弁と、油タンクに接続される油圧アクチュエータのポートを切換えるとともに該ポートからの排出流量を制御するメータアウト切換弁とを設けて、これらメータイン切換弁とメータアウト切換弁とを独立して制御するように構成した技術も知られている(例えば、特許文献2参照)。
これに対し、特許文献2のものは、特許文献1のものよりは構成部品が少ないが、メータイン切換弁とメータアウト切換弁との2つの切換弁をそれぞれ構成する2つのスプールに加え、各スプールを双方向に移動させるための計4つのアクチュエータ(特許文献2においては電磁比例圧力制御弁)が必要であって、更なる構成部品の削減が望まれており、ここに本発明の解決すべき課題がある。
請求項2の発明は、請求項1において、メータインバルブの上流側に、メータインバルブの前後差圧を一定に保持する圧力補償弁を設けたことを特徴とする油圧アクチュエータ制御回路である。
請求項3の発明は、請求項1または2において、メータアウト切換バルブの下流側に、油圧アクチュエータの一方の油室からの排出油を他方の油室に供給する再生流量を制御する再生制御弁を設けたことを特徴とする油圧アクチュエータ制御回路である。
請求項4の発明は、請求項1乃至3の何れか一項において、油圧アクチュエータ制御回路に、油圧ポンプの吐出ラインから分岐されて油タンクに至るバイパス油路と、該バイパス油路の流量を制御するバイパス弁とを設けたことを特徴とする油圧アクチュエータ制御回路である。
請求項2の発明とすることにより、メータインバルブによる流量制御を精度良く行うことができる。
請求項3の発明とすることにより、再生流量の制御が容易で、精度の高い再生流量制御を行うことができる。
さらに、上記実施の形態では、再生を行う場合に、再生流量とポンプ流量との合計流量が、油圧シリンダ用操作具の操作量に対応する流量となるように制御する構成としたが、再生流量とポンプ流量との合計流量を、油圧シリンダ用操作具の操作量に対応する流量よりも多くして油圧シリンダの作動速度を速くするように制御することもでき、このような制御の変更は、コントローラ9の設定を変更することにより任意に行うことができる。

- 油圧アクチュエータに対する油給排制御を行うための油圧アクチュエータ制御回路であって、該油圧アクチュエータ制御回路は、操作具操作量に対応して開口面積が増減して油圧ポンプから油圧アクチュエータへの供給流量を制御するメータインバルブと、該メータインバルブの下流側に配され、操作具操作に基づいて油圧アクチュエータに対する供給油および排出油の流れの方向を切換えるメータアウト切換バルブとを具備して構成され、該メータアウト切換バルブは、油圧アクチュエータへの供給油については、供給路の開口面積が前記メータインバルブの開口面積に対して大きく設定されていてメータインバルブで制御された流量をそのまま供給し、油圧アクチュエータから油タンクへの排出油については、操作具操作量に対応して排出路の開口面積が増減することで排出流量を制御するように構成されていることを特徴とする油圧アクチュエータ制御回路。
- 請求項1において、メータインバルブの上流側に、メータインバルブの前後差圧を一定に保持する圧力補償弁を設けたことを特徴とする油圧アクチュエータ制御回路。
- 請求項1または2において、メータアウト切換バルブの下流側に、油圧アクチュエータの一方の油室からの排出油を他方の油室に供給する再生流量を制御する再生制御弁を設けたことを特徴とする油圧アクチュエータ制御回路。
- 請求項1乃至3の何れか一項において、油圧アクチュエータ制御回路に、油圧ポンプの吐出ラインから分岐されて油タンクに至るバイパス油路と、該バイパス油路の流量を制御するバイパス弁とを設けたことを特徴とする油圧アクチュエータ制御回路。
