油圧ショベル100では、バケット6に付着した泥等を落とすために、図5に示すように、アーム4を垂直に保持し、かつバケットシリンダ5をストロークエンド付近まで収縮させた状態(バケット6の重心がアーム4とバケット6との連結部よりもバケットシリンダ5側にある状態)で、バケット6を上下に振る操作(バケット泥落とし操作)が行われる。このとき、オペレータは、バケットシリンダ5を高速で伸縮動作させるために、バケットレバー70aをバケットシリンダ5を伸長操作する側とバケットシリンダ5を収縮操作する側との間で高速に切り替える操作(高速レバー切替操作)を行う。
時刻t2から時刻t3にかけて、第2切換弁41が連通状態であるため、バケットシリンダ5のボトム室5aは、ボトム側流路210、第2切換弁41およびポンプ流路202を介して第2液圧ポンプ12の吸込側に接続される。一方、バケットシリンダ5のロッド室5bは、ロッド側流路211、第2切換弁41およびポンプ流路203を介して第2液圧ポンプ12の吐出側に接続される。
Claims (4)
- 複数の作業部材からなる作業装置と、
前記複数の作業部材の1つを駆動する片ロッド式液圧シリンダと、
前記片ロッド式液圧シリンダのボトム室に接続されたボトム側流路と、
前記片ロッド式液圧シリンダのロッド室に接続されたロッド側流路と、
一方の吐出ポートが第1切換弁を介して前記ボトム側流路に接続され、他方の吐出ポートが前記第1切換弁を介して前記ロッド側流路に接続された両傾転型の第1液圧ポンプと、
一方の吐出ポートが第2切換弁を介して前記ボトム側流路に接続され、他方の吐出ポートが前記第2切換弁を介して前記ロッド側流路に接続された両傾転型の第2液圧ポンプと、
前記片ロッド式液圧シリンダを伸縮操作するための操作レバーを有する操作レバー装置と、
作動液タンクと、
前記ボトム側流路と前記ロッド側流路とに接続され、前記ボトム側流路と前記ロッド側流路との差圧が所定の圧力を上回ったときに、前記ボトム側流路および前記ロッド側流路のいずれか低圧側の余剰流量を前記作動液タンクに排出するフラッシング弁と、
前記第1および第2切換弁の開閉制御と前記第1および第2液圧ポンプの傾転量制御とを行う制御装置とを備えた作業機械において、
前記ボトム室の圧力を検出するボトム圧検出装置と、
前記ロッド室の圧力を検出するロッド圧検出装置と、
前記ロッド側流路と前記作動液タンクとを接続するロッド側排出流路と、
前記ロッド側排出流路に設けられたロッド側比例弁とを更に備え、
前記制御装置は、前記ロッド室の圧力が前記ボトム室の圧力よりも高い状態で前記操作レバーが前記片ロッド式液圧シリンダを伸長操作する側に操作されたときに、前記ロッド室の圧力と前記ボトム室の圧力との差圧が前記所定の圧力よりも低くなるように、前記ロッド側比例弁を開口させて前記ロッド室の作動液を前記作動液タンクに排出する
ことを特徴とする作業機械。 - 請求項1に記載の作業機械において、
前記ボトム側流路と前記作動液タンクとを接続するボトム側排出流路と、
前記ボトム側排出流路に設けられたボトム側比例弁とを更に備え、
前記制御装置は、前記ボトム室の圧力が前記ロッド室の圧力よりも高い状態で前記操作レバーが前記片ロッド式液圧シリンダを収縮する側に操作されたときに、前記ボトム室と前記ロッド室との差圧が前記所定の圧力よりも低くなるように、前記ボトム側比例弁を開口させて前記ボトム室の作動液を前記作動液タンクに排出する
ことを特徴とする作業機械。 - 請求項2に記載の作業機械において、
前記ボトム側排出流路のうち前記ボトム側流路と前記ボトム側比例弁とを接続する流路部分に設けられた第3切換弁と、
前記ボトム側排出流路のうち前記第3切換弁と前記ボトム側比例弁とを接続する流路部分に吐出ポートが接続され、前記作動液タンクに吸込ポートが接続された片傾転型の第3液圧ポンプと、
前記ロッド側排出流路のうち前記ロッド側流路と前記ロッド側比例弁とを接続する流路部分に設けられた第4切換弁と、
前記ロッド側排出流路のうち前記第4切換弁と前記ロッド側比例弁とを接続する流路部分に吐出ポートが接続され、前記作動液タンクに吸込ポートが接続された片傾転型の第4液圧ポンプと
を更に備えたことを特徴とする作業機械。 - 請求項1に記載の作業機械において、
前記制御装置は、
前記操作レバーの切替周期が所定の周期以下のときに、前記第1液圧ポンプから前記ボトム室に作動液が供給されるように前記第1液圧ポンプの傾転を制御し、かつ前記第2液圧ポンプから前記ロッド室に作動液が供給されるように前記第2液圧ポンプの傾転を制御し、
前記操作レバーが前記片ロッド式液圧シリンダを伸長操作する側に操作されたときに、前記第1切換弁を開きかつ前記第2切換弁を閉じ、
前記操作レバーが前記片ロッド式液圧シリンダを収縮操作する側に操作されたときに、前記第1切換弁を閉じかつ前記第2切換弁を開く
ことを特徴とする作業機械。
