Description
この自動運転配達システムによれば、複数の停車可能地点に関する道路交通情報を用いることで、道路の混雑により配達に時間が掛かる等ユーザの利便性が損なわれるおそれのある配達候補地点の提案を回避することが可能となる。
図1に示すように、自動運転配達システム1は、サーバ30を備えている。サーバ30は、例えば施設に設置されている。サーバ30は、複数箇所に設けられたサーバ又はコンピュータから構成されていてもよい。サーバ30は、ネットワークNを介して、自動運転車両2A,2B,…,2X、及びユーザの携帯端末10A,10B,…,10Xと通信可能に構成されている。ネットワークNは、無線通信ネットワークである。
次に、本実施形態に係る自動運転配達システム1の処理について図面を参照して説明する。図8は、配達候補地点の提案処理の一例を示すフローチャートである。配達候補地点の提案処理は、例えばサーバ30がユーザの携帯端末10から早期配達要求を受信した場合に実行される。
Claims (2)
- 自動運転車両によるユーザへの荷物の配達を実行する自動運転配達システムであって、
前記ユーザの携帯端末から前記荷物の早期配達要求を受け付ける早期配達要求受付部と、
前記早期配達要求受付部が前記早期配達要求を受け付ける場合に、前記ユーザの前記携帯端末の位置情報を取得する位置情報取得部と、
前記位置情報取得部により前記位置情報が取得された場合に、前記位置情報に基づいて、予め決められた複数の停車可能地点の中から少なくとも一つの配達候補地点を前記ユーザの前記携帯端末へ提案する配達候補地点提案部と、
前記ユーザの選択した前記配達候補地点を前記荷物の配達地点として決定する配達地点決定部と、
を備え、
前記早期配達要求は通常の配達要求と比べて優先的に前記荷物の配達が行われる要求であり、
前記早期配達要求受付部は、前記荷物の配達が再配達である場合に前記荷物の前記早期配達要求を受け付け、
前記配達候補地点提案部は、前記荷物の再配達回数が判定閾値以上である場合、前記荷物の前記再配達回数が前記判定閾値未満である場合と比べて、前記ユーザの前記携帯端末の位置に近い前記停車可能地点に限定して前記配達候補地点を提案する、自動運転配達システム。 - 前記配達候補地点提案部は、前記複数の停車可能地点に関する道路交通情報を取得し、前記道路交通情報と前記位置情報とに基づいて、前記配達候補地点を前記ユーザに提案する、請求項1に記載の自動運転配達システム。
