Claims (2)
- 予め製作された空芯コイルと電極板とを溶接させてコイルアセンブリーを形成し、予め製作された金型のキャビティに配置する工程S1と、
ゲル状の軟磁性のゴム成分を含有する磁性体を利用して、前記空芯コイルの全体がゲル状の軟磁性のゴム成分を含有する磁性体に被覆され、空芯コイルの2つの端部の電極板は少なくとも一部がインダクタンス素子の端部電極として軟磁性のゴム成分を含有する磁性体の外部に露出するように、トランスファー成形を行う工程S2と、
金型内の軟磁性のゴム成分を含有する磁性体が硬化して磁性体が形成されると離型し、端部電極を整理して、トランスファー成形インダクタンス素子を得る工程S3とを含み、
工程S2において、
軟磁性のゴム成分を含有する磁性体は、軟磁性の磁粉粒子、有機接着剤、潤滑剤、硬化剤を含み、
その軟磁性の磁粉粒子の固形分含有量は、95wt%以上であり、
軟磁性のゴム成分を含有する磁性体は、常温では固体の状態であり、150~200℃に加熱されるとゲル状になるものであり、
また、前記軟磁性のゴム成分を含有する磁性体はゲル状である時、粘度は10000~20000cpsであり、また、トランスファー成形を行う時、成形圧力は10~20MPaである
ことを特徴とするトランスファー成形インダクタンス素子の製造方法。 - 前記軟磁性の磁粉粒子はFe-Ni系、Fe-Si-Al系、Fe-Si系、Fe-Si-Cr系、Fe系の少なくとも一つを含み、粒径は5~50μmである
請求項1に記載の製造方法。
