前記駆動ベースは、複数の前記ノズルにそれぞれ連通する空間である圧力室と、前記圧力室を駆動するアクチュエータと、を備え、
前記実装部は、前記駆動ベースの表面に形成され、前記アクチュエータに接続される電極を有し、
前記マスクプレートと前記駆動ベースの前記表面との間に、前記実装部と接着層とが配され、
前記凹部に前記実装部及び前記接着層の少なくとも一部が収容される、[1]に記載の、液体吐出ヘッド。

前記駆動ベースのインク吐出側の反対側に配されるとともに、圧力室に連通するインク流路を構成する流路ベースと、
前記実装部に異方性導電材を介して接続されるとともに駆動ICを搭載するCOFと、を備え、
前記マスクプレートは、金属材料で構成され、前記ノズルの前記表面に対向配置されるトッププレートと、前記駆動ベースの外周に配されるサイドプレートとを一体に有する、[2]に記載の液体吐出ヘッド。

前記凹部の深さは前記マスクプレートの板厚の4/5未満である、[1]に記載の液体吐出ヘッド。

Claims (4)
- 複数のノズルを有する駆動ベースと、
前記駆動ベースの表面に配される実装部と、
前記駆動ベースの表面の少なくとも一部を覆うとともに、前記駆動ベースと対向する対向面に、前記実装部に対向する凹部を有する、マスクプレートと、
を備え、
前記凹部の深さは前記マスクプレートの板厚の4/5未満である、液体吐出ヘッド。 - 前記駆動ベースは、複数の前記ノズルにそれぞれ連通する空間である圧力室と、前記圧力室を駆動するアクチュエータと、を備え、
前記実装部は、前記駆動ベースの表面に形成され、前記アクチュエータに接続される電極を有し、
前記マスクプレートと前記駆動ベースの前記表面との間に、前記実装部と接着層とが配され、
前記凹部に前記実装部及び前記接着層の少なくとも一部が収容される、請求項1に記載の、液体吐出ヘッド。 - 前記駆動ベースのインク吐出側の反対側に配されるとともに、前記圧力室に連通するインク流路を構成する流路ベースと、
前記実装部に異方性導電材を介して接続されるとともに駆動ICを搭載するCOFと、を備え、
前記マスクプレートは、金属材料で構成され、前記ノズルの前記表面に対向配置されるトッププレートと、前記駆動ベースの外周に配されるサイドプレートとを一体に有する、請求項2に記載の液体吐出ヘッド。 - 請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれかに記載の液体吐出ヘッドと、
前記駆動ベースの表面に当接するワイプ部材を備えるメンテナンス装置と、
を備える、液体吐出装置。
