Claims (11)
- 所定の軸線に沿った軸と、
前記軸を受ける軸受と、
前記軸及び前記軸受を含んでいて流動性の潤滑剤を貯留可能な潤滑室と、
前記潤滑室の壁面を貫通する開栓可能な三個の貫通孔と、
を備え、
前記三個の貫通孔のうちの二個の貫通孔は前記軸線方向で前記軸受を挟んだ前記潤滑室の両側の空間の各々にそれぞれ開口し、
前記潤滑剤の注入時は、前記二個の貫通孔のうちの少なくとも一個の貫通孔が前記潤滑剤の注入孔として開栓され、
前記潤滑剤の排出時は、前記二個の貫通孔が通気孔として開栓され、前記残りの一個の貫通孔が前記潤滑剤の排出孔として開栓される、機械。 - 前記潤滑室の二以上の姿勢において、前記二個の貫通孔は前記潤滑室内の前記潤滑剤の上面に等しい位置又は前記上面より高い位置に配置可能であり、前記残りの一個の貫通孔は前記潤滑室内の前記潤滑剤の前記上面より低い位置に配置可能である、請求項1に記載の機械。
- 前記潤滑室は前記軸線方向で前記軸受を挟む第一部材と第二部材によって囲まれて構成され、前記二個の貫通孔は前記第一部材と前記第二部材の各々にそれぞれ配設されている、請求項1又は2に記載の機械。
- 前記貫通孔は前記第一部材又は前記第二部材の前記軸線周りに所定の角度間隔で複数配設されている、請求項3に記載の機械。
- 前記第一部材と前記第二部材が中空体であり、前記三個の貫通孔は全て前記第一部材又は前記第二部材の内部空間にそれぞれ開口する、請求項3又は4に記載の機械。
- 前記貫通孔は前記軸に配設されている、請求項1又は2に記載の機械。
- 前記二個の貫通孔は前記軸の内部で合流して外部空間に開口する、請求項6に記載の機械。
- 前記貫通孔は前記軸の前記軸線周りに所定の角度間隔で複数配設されている、請求項6又は7に記載の機械。
- 前記貫通孔は前記軸線方向で前記機械の片側の側面に全て配設されている、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の機械。
- 前記排出孔として利用される貫通孔をさらに備え、前記排出孔として開栓される複数の貫通孔が前記軸線方向で前記機械の同じ側の側面に配設されている、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の機械。
- 前記軸及び前記軸受は減速機の機械要素であり、前記二個の貫通孔は前記軸線方向で前記減速機を挟んだ前記潤滑室の両側の空間の各々にそれぞれ開口する、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の機械。
