Description
本出願は、2016年5月23日に出願された米国仮特許出願第62/340,225号に基づく利益を主張するものであり、その開示内容の全体は参照により本明細書に組み込まれている。
この明細書により開示される事項には、以下のものが含まれる。
〔1〕 支持体、前記支持体の少なくとも1つの表面上に形成された粘着剤層、およびライナーを含む防湿材料であって、非平坦形状を有する、防湿材料。
〔2〕 前記支持体は、ポリウレタンフィルムである、上記〔1〕に記載の防湿材料。
〔3〕 前記ポリウレタンフィルムは、ポリエステル系ポリウレタンフィルムである、上記〔2〕に記載の防湿材料。
〔4〕 前記粘着剤は、合成ゴム粘着剤である、上記〔1〕に記載の防湿材料。
〔5〕 前記粘着剤は、スチレン系ゴム粘着剤である、上記〔4〕に記載の防湿材料。
〔6〕 前記粘着剤は、天然ゴム粘着剤である、上記〔1〕に記載の防湿材料。
〔7〕 前記粘着剤層は、難燃剤を前記防湿材料全体の5重量%未満の含有量で含む、上記〔1〕に記載の防湿材料。
〔8〕 前記ライナーは、ポリ塩化ビニルである、上記〔1〕に記載の防湿材料。
〔9〕 0.00006355g/mm 2 ・日以下の水蒸気透過率を有する、上記〔1〕に記載の防湿材料。
〔10〕 燃焼性試験において、15秒以下の燃焼時間、203mm以下の燃焼長さ、および5秒以下の焼落物の燃焼時間を示す、上記〔1〕に記載の防湿材料。
〔11〕 燃焼性試験において、5秒以下の燃焼時間、127mm以下の燃焼長さ、および0.5秒以下の焼落物の燃焼時間を示す、上記〔1〕に記載の防湿材料。
〔12〕 防湿材料を製造する方法であって、
被覆および保護される表面のパラメータを測定することと、
前記パラメータを使用して、形状付与されたダイを製造することと、
前記ダイを使用することにより、支持体を加熱成形することと、
前記加熱成形された支持体を前記ダイから取り出すことと
を含む方法。
〔13〕 前記加熱成形された支持体に粘着剤を塗工することをさらに含む、上記〔12〕に記載の製造方法。
〔14〕 前記加熱成形された支持体上の前記粘着剤にライナーを貼り付けることをさらに含む、上記〔13〕に記載の製造方法。
〔15〕 前記支持体を加熱成形する前に前記支持体の少なくとも1つの表面に粘着剤を塗工することをさらに含む、上記〔12〕に記載の製造方法。
〔16〕 前記支持体を加熱成形する前に前記支持体の少なくとも1つの表面に粘着剤を塗工し、かつ前記粘着剤の表面にライナーを貼り付けることをさらに含む、上記〔12〕に記載の製造方法。
〔17〕 前記支持体は、ポリウレタンフィルムである、上記〔12〕に記載の製造方法。
〔18〕 前記ポリウレタンフィルムは、ポリエステル系ポリウレタンフィルムである、上記〔17〕に記載の製造方法。
〔19〕 前記粘着剤は、合成ゴム粘着剤である、上記〔13〕に記載の製造方法。
〔20〕 前記ライナーは、ポリ塩化ビニルである、上記〔14〕に記載の製造方法。
ASTM-D1000に準拠し、2kgのローラーをテープの長さ方向に10往復させ、24℃±5℃、相対湿度50%±5%で48時間±4時間放置した後、180°の角度で速度305mm/分で引き剥がす条件で180°ピール強度を測定し、この180°ピール強度を粘着力とした。被着体としてハニカム被着体(The Gill Corporation社製のGillfloor(商標)4417)およびアルミニウム被着体(2024番手)を使用した。
ASTM D3759に準拠して測定を行った。
FAR 25.853 Appendix F Part 1(a)(1)(ii)に準拠して測定した。
ASTM F1249に準拠して測定した。
粘着剤
スチレン-イソプレン/スチレン-ブタジエン共重合体(Royal Adhesives and Sealants製DC-14044)およびスチレン-イソプレンポリマー(LCY Elastomers LP製SIS 5516)の組み合わせ100重量部を、リン酸トリクレジル(Rit-Chem Co.,Inc.製)および塩素化パラフィン(Dover chemical Corporation製Paraoil 63-NR)の組み合わせ33.4重量部ならびにトルエン48.1重量部と混合することにより粘着剤を調製する。
支持体として、Bayer MaterialScience LLC製Dureflex(登録商標)X2313 NAT(厚み16~17.6mil)を使用した。
ライナーとして、シリコーン剥離処理を施したポリ塩化ビニル基材を使用した(累積厚み0.07mm)。
支持体、粘着剤およびライナーを含む防湿材を作製し、引張強度および破断伸度を測定した。得られた防湿材を上述の試験に付した。結果を表1に示す。
Claims (21)
- 非平坦形状を有する物体の表面を覆って該物体を湿気から保護するための防湿材料であって、
前記防湿材料は、支持体、前記支持体の少なくとも1つの表面上に形成された粘着剤層、およびライナーを含み、
前記支持体は熱可塑性支持体であり、
前記防湿材料の引張強度は20.64N/25mm以上であり、
前記防湿材料の破断伸度は800%以上であり、
前記物体の形状と一致する非平坦形状を有する、防湿材料。 - 前記支持体は、ポリウレタンフィルムである、請求項1に記載の防湿材料。
- 前記ポリウレタンフィルムは、ポリエステル系ポリウレタンフィルムである、請求項2に記載の防湿材料。
- 前記粘着剤は、合成ゴム粘着剤である、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の防湿材料。
- 前記粘着剤は、スチレン系ゴム粘着剤である、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の防湿材料。
- 前記粘着剤は、天然ゴム粘着剤である、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の防湿材料。
- 前記粘着剤層は、難燃剤を前記防湿材料全体の5重量%未満の含有量で含む、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の防湿材料。
- 前記ライナーは、ポリ塩化ビニルである、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の防湿材料。
- 0.00006355g/mm2・日以下の水蒸気透過率を有する、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の防湿材料。
- 燃焼性試験において、15秒以下の燃焼時間、203mm以下の燃焼長さ、および5秒以下の焼落物の燃焼時間を示す、請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載の防湿材料。
- 燃焼性試験において、5秒以下の燃焼時間、127mm以下の燃焼長さ、および0.5秒以下の焼落物の燃焼時間を示す、請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載の防湿材料。
- 防湿材料を製造する方法であって、
被覆および保護される表面の形状に関するパラメータを測定することと、
前記パラメータを使用して、形状付与されたダイを製造することと、
前記ダイを使用することにより、支持体を加熱成形することと、
前記加熱成形された支持体を前記ダイから取り出すことと
を含み、さらに、
前記加熱成形された支持体に粘着剤を塗工すること、または、前記支持体を加熱成形する前に前記支持体の少なくとも1つの表面に粘着剤を塗工することを含む、方法。 - 前記加熱成形された支持体に粘着剤を塗工することをさらに含む、請求項12に記載の製造方法。
- 前記加熱成形された支持体上の前記粘着剤にライナーを貼り付けることをさらに含む、請求項13に記載の製造方法。
- 前記支持体を加熱成形する前に前記支持体の少なくとも1つの表面に粘着剤を塗工することをさらに含む、請求項12~14のいずれか一項に記載の製造方法。
- 前記支持体を加熱成形する前に前記支持体の少なくとも1つの表面に粘着剤を塗工し、かつ前記粘着剤の表面にライナーを貼り付けることをさらに含む、請求項12に記載の製造方法。
- 前記支持体は、ポリウレタンフィルムである、請求項12~16のいずれか一項に記載の製造方法。
- 前記ポリウレタンフィルムは、ポリエステル系ポリウレタンフィルムである、請求項17に記載の製造方法。
- 前記粘着剤は、合成ゴム粘着剤である、請求項12~18のいずれか一項に記載の製造方法。
- 前記ライナーは、ポリ塩化ビニルである、請求項14~19のいずれか一項に記載の製造方法。
- 非平坦形状を有する物体の表面を覆って該物体を湿気から保護するための防湿材料であって、
前記防湿材料は、支持体、前記支持体の少なくとも1つの表面上に形成された粘着剤層、およびライナーを含み、
前記支持体は熱可塑性ポリウレタンフィルムであり、
前記ライナーはポリ塩化ビニルであり、
前記物体の形状と一致する非平坦形状を有する、防湿材料。
