Description
Claims (11)
- コートされた電気スチールストリップを製造する方法であって、
圧延電気スチールストリップの第1の平坦面上に前処理層を塗布する段階であって、前記前処理層の層厚さは、10nm~100nm、特に、20nm~50nmの範囲である、段階と、
前記前処理層でコートされている前記圧延電気スチールストリップを、前記前処理層上の絶縁ラッカー層でコートする段階であって、前記絶縁ラッカー層は、ロールを用いたロール塗布によって塗布され、前記前処理層を塗布した後であって前記絶縁ラッカー層でコートする前に、前記前処理層の意図的な乾燥及び/又は架橋は行われない、段階と、
を含み、
前記絶縁ラッカー層は、ベーキングラッカー層である、 方法。 - 前記前処理層は、ストリップ経路における前記ロールの上流側に位置するロールを用いたロール塗布によって塗布される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 洗浄及び/又はブラッシングによる前記圧延電気スチールストリップの清浄化は、前記前処理層の塗布の前に実行される、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記前処理層は、有機成分及び無機成分、特にリンまたはリン酸を含有する組成物で構成される、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記前処理層は、1.0重量%~5.0重量%、特に1.5重量%~3.0重量%のポリビニルアルコール、0.01重量%~0.5重量%、特に0.05重量%~0.3重量%のリン酸、残余分の有機又は無機溶媒及び/又は水を含有する組成物で構成される、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記前処理層は、硬化剤を含有しない、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記前処理層は、前記電気スチールストリップのスチール表面で構成される、前記圧延電気スチールストリップの前記第1の平坦面に直接塗布される、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記絶縁ラッカー層は、前記前処理層の表面に直接塗布される、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記絶縁ラッカー層の前記層厚さは、1μm~12μmの範囲である、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記絶縁ラッカー層の前記層厚さは、6μm、4μm、2μm、又は1μm以下である、請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記圧延電気スチールストリップの第2の平面上にさらなる前処理層を塗布する段階と、
前記さらなる前処理層でコートされている前記圧延電気スチールストリップを、前記さらなる前処理層上のさらなる絶縁ラッカー層でコートする段階と、
をさらに含む、請求項1~10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
