Description
上記課題を解決するために、本発明のシール材吐出装置は、ノズル本体と、ノズル本体に設けられ、ノズル本体の中心軸に沿って延在する貫通孔と、ノズル本体の端面に設けられる貫通孔の開口であって、中心軸と直交する第1方向の幅よりも、中心軸および第1方向と直交する第2方向の幅が小さい吐出口と、吐出口に対し第1方向の一方側に形成され、第2方向において中央部に近づくほど吐出口から離隔する距離が大きくなる形状を有する切り欠き部と、吐出口に対し一方側とは反対の他方側に形成された整形部と、を備えるシール材吐出ノズルと、シール材吐出ノズルを着脱可能な保持装置と、保持装置に接続された駆動装置と、を備え、シール材吐出ノズルは、駆動装置の進行方向とは反対側に傾斜した状態で保持装置により保持され、切り欠き部は、吐出口に対し進行方向前方側に形成され、整形部は、吐出口に対し進行方向後方側に形成される。
保持装置に取り付けられ、シール材吐出ノズルの係合溝と係合可能な係合ピンをさらに備えてもよい。

Claims (7)
- ノズル本体と、
前記ノズル本体に設けられ、前記ノズル本体の中心軸に沿って延在する貫通孔と、
前記ノズル本体の端面に設けられる前記貫通孔の開口であって、前記中心軸と直交する第1方向の幅よりも、前記中心軸および前記第1方向と直交する第2方向の幅が小さい吐出口と、
前記吐出口に対し前記第1方向の一方側に形成された切り欠き部と、
前記第2方向において前記吐出口の両側に配され、互いの間隔が前記吐出口から離隔するほど大きくなるように前記中心軸に対して傾斜した一対のテーパ面を有するノズル位置決め部と、
を備えるシール材吐出ノズル。 - 前記吐出口に対し前記一方側とは反対の他方側に形成された整形部を備える請求項1に記載のシール材吐出ノズル。
- 前記第2方向において前記ノズル位置決め部の両側に配され、前記一対のテーパ面よりも前記中心軸に対する傾斜角度が小さい一対のテーパ面を有する余剰シール均し部を備える請求項1または2に記載のシール材吐出ノズル。
- 請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載のシール材吐出ノズルと、
前記シール材吐出ノズルを着脱可能な保持装置と、
前記保持装置に接続された駆動装置と、
前記保持装置に取り付けられ、前記シール材吐出ノズルの係合溝と係合可能な係合ピンと、
を備えるシール材吐出装置。 - 前記シール材吐出ノズルは、前記駆動装置の進行方向とは反対側に傾斜した状態で前記保持装置により保持される請求項4に記載のシール材吐出装置。
- ノズル本体と、
前記ノズル本体に設けられ、前記ノズル本体の中心軸に沿って延在する貫通孔と、
前記ノズル本体の端面に設けられる前記貫通孔の開口であって、前記中心軸と直交する第1方向の幅よりも、前記中心軸および前記第1方向と直交する第2方向の幅が小さい吐出口と、
前記吐出口に対し前記第1方向の一方側に形成され、前記第2方向において中央部に近づくほど前記吐出口から離隔する距離が大きくなる形状を有する切り欠き部と、
前記吐出口に対し前記一方側とは反対の他方側に形成された整形部と、
を備えるシール材吐出ノズルと、
前記シール材吐出ノズルを着脱可能な保持装置と、
前記保持装置に接続された駆動装置と、
を備え、
前記シール材吐出ノズルは、前記駆動装置の進行方向とは反対側に傾斜した状態で前記保持装置により保持され、
前記切り欠き部は、前記吐出口に対し進行方向前方側に形成され、
前記整形部は、前記吐出口に対し進行方向後方側に形成される、
シール材吐出装置。 - 前記保持装置に取り付けられ、前記シール材吐出ノズルの係合溝と係合可能な係合ピンをさらに備える請求項6に記載のシール材吐出装置。
