- 請求項7または8に記載の処理装置において、ヤシの葉(18)を混ぜ込むための混合装置(16)が、分割装置(14)と離解装置(20)の間に備えられていることを特徴とする処理装置。
- 請求項7乃至請求項9のいずれか一項に記載の処理装置において、その離解装置(20)に摩擦装置が含まれることを特徴とする処理装置。
- 請求項7乃至請求項10のいずれか一項に記載の処理装置を用いて、ヤシから採れた長細い植物性原材料(10)を処理する方法であって、原材料(10)を長細いラメラ(58)に分割し、ラメラ(58)とヤシの葉(18)を繊維にほぐし、フィラーであるヤシの柔組織が、ラメラ(58)の離解時に吸引されることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項11に記載の方法において、繊維にほぐしたラメラ(58)に結合剤(60)を使用してプレスすることを特徴とする方法。
