- 長細い植物原材料(10)(好ましくはヤシ)を処理するための処理装置で、原材料(10)を長細いラメラ(58)に分割するための分割装置(14)、ラメラを繊維にほぐすための離解装置(20)、そして繊維にほぐしたラメラ(58)(使用する繊維にほぐしたラメラ(58)の長さは少なくとも20cm)をさらに処理して資材(56)に形成するための追加処理装置(24)を有する処理装置。
- 請求項11に記載の処理装置において、その分割装置(14)に、平行および(または)格子状に配置された複数枚のブレードを有する刃のセット(44)を備えていることを特徴とする処理装置。
- 請求項11または12に記載の処理装置において、別の植物原材料(18)、すなわち特に葉を混ぜ込むための混合装置(16)が、分割装置(14)と離解装置(20)の間に備えられていることを特徴とする処理装置。
- 請求項11乃至請求項13のいずれかに記載の処理装置において、その離解装置(20)に摩擦装置が含まれることを特徴とする処理装置。
- 請求項11乃至請求項14のいずれかに記載の処理装置において、吸引装置(22)が離解装置(20)の範囲内に、そして(または)離解装置(20)と追加処理装置(24)の間に備えられていることを特徴とする処理装置。
- 特に請求項11乃至請求項15のいずれかに記載の処理装置を用いて、長細い植物性原材料(10)(好ましくはヤシ)を処理する方法であって、原材料(10)を長細いラメラ(58)に分割し、ラメラ(58)を繊維にほぐし、繊維にほぐしたラメラ(58)(使用するラメラ(58)の長さは少なくとも20cm)を資材(56)にするためにさらに加工する方法。
- 請求項16に記載の方法において、ヤシのフィラー、つまり特に柔組織が、ラメラ(58)の離解時に分け離され、特に吸引されることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項16または17に記載の方法において、繊維にほぐしたラメラ(58)に結合剤(60)を使用してプレスすることを特徴とする方法。
