Claims (11)
- 複数のバッテリーセルが積層されて形成されたセル積層体と、前記セル積層体を収容するモジュールケースと、前記モジュールケースの一側開口部をカバーするバスバーフレームと、を含むバッテリーモジュールと、
前記バスバーフレームが外部に露出するように前記バッテリーモジュールの一側に結合する固定フレームと、
前記固定フレームの上に結合し、前記バスバーフレームに備えられるバスバーの両側部に前記バッテリーセルの電極リードが密着した状態で溶接が行われるように前記電極リードを加圧する少なくとも一つの加圧ジグ装置と、を含む、バッテリーモジュール製造システムであって、
前記加圧ジグ装置は、第1フレーム及び第2フレームを含み、
前記第1フレーム及び前記第2フレームの各々は、長手方向の一端部に締結する回転軸を基準にして相互が相対的に回動可能に結合し、
前記加圧ジグ装置は、前記第1フレームと前記第2フレームとの間に固定され、前記電極リードが前記バスバーの上面よりも上部へ突出しないように前記電極リードを下方へ加圧するリード突出防止ユニットを含むことを特徴とする、バッテリーモジュール製造システム。 - 前記第1フレームは、長手方向の他端部に備えられ、前記セル積層体を構成する第1単位セル積層体のリード集合体が前記バスバーの一側部に密着するように加圧する第1加圧チップを含み、
前記第2フレームは、長手方向の他端部に備えられ、前記第1加圧チップと対向し、前記セル積層体を構成する第2単位セル積層体のリード集合体が前記バスバーの他側部に密着するように加圧する第2加圧チップを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール製造システム。 - 前記第1加圧チップ及び前記第2加圧チップは、各々対応する前記リード集合体を加圧し、前記バスバーの一側面及び他側面の高さ方向の中心部よりも下側に対応する位置で加圧を行うことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のバッテリーモジュール製造システム。
- 前記第1加圧チップ及び前記第2加圧チップは、前記リード集合体と対向する面の上部が面取りされた形状を有することを特徴とする、請求項2又は3に記載のバッテリーモジュール製造システム。
- 前記加圧ジグ装置は、前記第1フレームと前記第2フレームとの間に連結され、前記第1フレームと前記第2フレームとが相互に近くなる方向へ力を加える弾性部材を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール製造システム。
- 前記リード突出防止ユニットは、
相互に離隔して平行に延びる一対の横棒と、
前記一対の横棒の各々の中心部を連結する隔壁と、を含み、
前記横棒は、前記電極リードを下方へ加圧することを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール製造システム。 - 複数のバッテリーセルが積層されて形成されたセル積層体を含むバッテリーモジュールの一側に設けられ、前記バッテリーモジュールに備えられたバスバーの両側面に電極リードが密着した状態で溶接が行われるように前記電極リードを加圧する溶接用の加圧ジグ装置であって、
第1フレームと、
前記第1フレームと対向し、前記第1フレームと相対的に回動可能に結合する第2フレームと、を含み、
前記第1フレームは、長手方向の一端部に備えられて前記セル積層体を構成する第1単位セル積層体のリード集合体が、前記バスバーの一側部に密着するように加圧する第1加圧チップを含み、
前記第2フレームは、長手方向の一端部に備えられて前記第1加圧チップに対向し、前記セル積層体を構成する第2単位セル積層体のリード集合体が前記バスバーの他側部に密着するように加圧する第2加圧チップを含み、
前記加圧ジグ装置は、
前記第1フレームと第2フレームとの間に固定され、前記電極リードが前記バスバーの上面よりも上部へ突出しないように前記電極リードを下方へ加圧するリード突出防止ユニットを含む、加圧ジグ装置。 - 前記第1加圧チップ及び前記第2加圧チップは、
前記リード集合体を加圧し、前記バスバーの一側面及び他側面の高さ方向の中心部よりも下方に対応する位置で加圧を行うことを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の加圧ジグ装置。 - 前記第1加圧チップ及び前記第2加圧チップは、
前記リード集合体と対向する面の上部が面取りされた形状を有することを特徴とする、請求項7又は8に記載の加圧ジグ装置。 - 前記加圧ジグ装置は、
前記第1フレームと前記第2フレームとの間に連結され、前記第1フレームと前記第2フレームとが相互に近くなる方向へ力を加える弾性部材を含むことを特徴とする、請求項7から9のいずれか一項に記載の加圧ジグ装置。 - 前記リード突出防止ユニットは、
相互に離隔して平行に延びる一対の横棒と、
前記一対の横棒の各々の中心部を連結する隔壁と、を含み、
前記横棒が、前記電極リードを下方へ加圧することを特徴とする、請求項7から10のいずれか一項に記載の加圧ジグ装置。
