Description
しかしながら、特許文献1の電気接続箱はこのような問題について工夫されておらず、解決できない。
最初に本開示の実施態様を列挙して説明する。また、以下に記載する実施形態の少なくとも一部を任意に組み合わせてもよい。
本発明をその実施形態を示す図面に基づいて具体的に説明する。本開示の実施形態に係る電気接続箱を、以下に図面を参照しつつ説明する。なお、本発明はこれらの例示に限定されるものではなく、特許請求の範囲によって示され、特許請求の範囲と均等の意味及び範囲内でのすべての変更が含まれることが意図される。
従って、電気接続箱100の組み付け作業において、リフロー法を用いてヒューズ端子13の前記他端部を基板50に半田付けする場合、熱風(図6中、矢印にて表示)が妨害されず、基板50まで直接届く。
このように、保持体20が挿着筐体10に固定され、前記複数のヒューズ端子13の一端部132のみを適切に保持できる。
本実施形態においては、ネジがネジ止め筒201のネジ孔と螺合することによって、保持体20が基板50に固定されることについて説明したが、これに限定されるものではない。例えば、ネジ止め筒201の代わりに、その先端に抜け止め用の返しを有するピン部材を設け、ネジ貫通孔52にピン部材の先端を押し込むことによって、保持体20が基板50に固定されるように構成しても良い。

Claims (5)
- 一側から複数のヒューズが挿着される挿着筐体と、前記挿着筐体の各ヒューズを基板に接続させる複数のヒューズ端子とを備える、車両用の電気接続箱において、
前記挿着筐体の前記一側と反対側面に対向配置され、前記ヒューズ端子の前記挿着筐体寄りの一端部を保持する板状の保持体を備え、
前記ヒューズ端子の前記一端部を除く残り部分は保持されず、開放されている電気接続箱。 - 前記挿着筐体は直方体箱形状をなし、
前記基板は、前記保持体の厚み方向と平行に、前記反対側面の一長辺側に配置され、
前記保持体を前記基板に固定するための締結部を備える請求項1に記載の電気接続箱。 - 前記保持体に設けられ、前記保持体を前記挿着筐体に取り付けるための掛止部と、
前記挿着筐体に設けられ、前記掛止部に対応する掛止孔とを備えることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の電気接続箱。 - 前記挿着筐体の前記反対側面と対向する前記保持体の第1面側から前記保持体を保持する保持板部を備える請求項1から3の何れか一つに記載の電気接続箱。
- 前記保持体の前記第1面と反対側の第2面側から前記保持体を保持する保持片を備える請求項4に記載の電気接続箱。
