本発明の対象は、透明領域と不透明領域とを有する中間膜フィルムであって、前記不透明領域が少なくとも1種の可塑剤と少なくとも1種のポリビニルアセタールとの第1の混合物を含む2層の外側層、および少なくとも1種の可塑剤と少なくとも1種のポリビニルアセタールとの第2の混合物を含む1層の内側層によってもたらされ、且つ前記透明領域は、少なくとも1種の可塑剤と少なくとも1種のポリビニルアセタールとの第3の混合物を含む1層によってもたらされ、前記第1の混合物および前記第3の混合物は、波長380~780nmを有する光についての透過率が少なくとも85%であり、且つ前記第2の混合物は、波長380~780nmを有する光についての透過率が80%未満であり、少なくとも前記不透明領域は、EN ISO 4287によって測定されるRz/Rv比1.6~2.5の表面粗さを備える、前記中間膜フィルムである。
PVB樹脂100質量部あたり公称レベル38部の可塑剤を含有する、青いシェードバンドを有する0.76mm厚のPVBフィルムを、国際公開第2005/090054号(WO2005090054A1)に開示される方法に従い、下記の条件で押出する。
溶融物の流速: 1000kg/時間
ライン速度: 15m/分。
設備のパラメータ:
ゴムローラーの硬さ: 70±5 ショアA
型押ローラーの粗さ: 約200μm
型押ローラーのピッチ: 約500μm
溝の角度: 45°
表面コーティング: ポリマー
ゴムローラーの温度: 10℃
Claims (10)
- 透明領域と不透明領域とを有する中間膜フィルムであって、前記不透明領域が少なくとも1種の可塑剤と少なくとも1種のポリビニルアセタールとの第1の混合物を含む2層の外側層、および少なくとも1種の可塑剤と少なくとも1種のポリビニルアセタールとの第2の混合物を含む1層の内側層によってもたらされ、且つ前記透明領域は、少なくとも1種の可塑剤と少なくとも1種のポリビニルアセタールとの第3の混合物を含む1層によってもたらされる中間膜フィルムにおいて、前記第1の混合物および前記第3の混合物は、波長380~780nmを有する光についての透過率が少なくとも85%であり、且つ前記第2の混合物は、波長380~780nmを有する光についての透過率が80%未満であり、且つ少なくとも前記不透明領域は、EN ISO 4287によって測定されるRz/Rv比1.6~2.5の表面粗さを備えることを特徴とする、前記中間膜フィルム。
- 前記フィルムが、深さ20~100μmを有する複数の溝を備えていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の中間膜フィルム。
- 前記溝が、幅10~200μm、およびピッチ50~2500μmを有することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の中間膜フィルム。
- 前記溝が、少なくとも不透明領域のランダム粗さRz=1~70μmを有するフィルム上に設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項2または3に記載の中間膜フィルム。
- 前記内側層が染料または顔料を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載の中間膜フィルム。
- 前記外側層の間に埋め込まれた前記内側層の面積が、フィルムの全面積の5~40%であることを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項に記載の中間膜フィルム。
- 透明領域と不透明領域とを有する中間膜フィルムの製造方法であって、前記不透明領域が少なくとも1種の可塑剤と少なくとも1種のポリビニルアセタールとの第1の混合物を含む2層の外側層、および少なくとも1種の可塑剤と少なくとも1種のポリビニルアセタールとの第2の混合物を含む1層の内側層によってもたらされ、且つ前記透明領域は、少なくとも1種の可塑剤と少なくとも1種のポリビニルアセタールとの第3の混合物を含む1層によってもたらされ、前記第1の混合物および前記第3の混合物は、波長380~780nmを有する光についての透過率が少なくとも85%であり、且つ前記第2の混合物は、波長380~780nmを有する光についての透過率が80%未満である製造方法において、少なくとも前記不透明領域は、メルトフラクチャー条件下でのフィルムの押出および引き続く型押段階により、Rz/Rv比1.6~2.5の表面粗さを備えることを特徴とする、前記方法。
- 透明領域と、表面のランダム粗さRz=1~70μmを有する不透明領域とを備えたフィルムが押出され、次いで、少なくとも1つの型押ロールと少なくとも1つの加圧ロールとの間で型押されることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記フィルムが、深さ20~100μmを有する複数の溝で型押されることを特徴とする、請求項7または8に記載の方法。
- 前記溝が、幅10~200μm、およびピッチ50~2500μmを有することを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の方法。
