- ケースと、
前記ケースの内側に配置された節度感発生体と、
前記節度感発生体の内側に配置され、操作レバーの操作により、回動支点を中心として前記ケースに対して回動するスイッチ作動体と、を備え、
前記節度感発生体は、前記スイッチ作動体の先端部と当接し、回動操作に対する反力を発生させることで節度感を付与するための節度面を有し、
前記スイッチ作動体が、前記節度感発生体と前記スイッチ作動体とがなす角度である第1角度から、前記第1角度とは異なる前記節度感発生体と前記スイッチ作動体とがなす角度である第2角度へ回動する行程において、前記節度面における、前記反力がピークから減少し始めるタイミングに対応する第1位置から前記反力がゼロとなるタイミングに対応する第2位置までの領域は、前記回動支点の側に突出する突曲面形状に形成され、
前記領域の曲率半径は一定でなく、且つ、前記領域の曲率半径のうち、前記領域内において前記第1位置に連接する部分の曲率半径が最大であることを特徴とするレバースイッチ。 - 前記第1角度は、前記スイッチ作動体と前記節度感発生体とがなす角度のうち前記スイッチ作動体が前記節度感発生体に対し保持され中立状態にある角度であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のレバースイッチ。
- 前記領域の曲率半径のうち、前記領域内において前記第2位置に連接する部分の曲率半径が最小であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のレバースイッチ。
- 前記領域は、互いに曲率半径の異なる複数の突曲面を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のレバースイッチ。
- 前記複数の突曲面における互いに連続する突曲面同士の接続部において、前記互いに連続する突曲面の、前記操作レバーの回動軸と直交する断面における一方の突曲面に接する仮想接線と他方の突曲面に接する仮想接線とは共通することを特徴とする請求項4に記載のレバースイッチ。
- 前記領域は、前記第1位置に連接する部分を含む第1の突曲面と、前記第2位置に連接する部分を含み前記第1の突曲面に連続する第2の突曲面と、を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のレバースイッチ。
- 前記第1の突曲面の曲率半径が、前記第2の突曲面の曲率半径よりも大きいことを特徴とする請求項6に記載のレバースイッチ。
- 前記節度面における、前記スイッチ作動体が前記第1角度から前記第2角度へ回動する行程において前記第1位置より手前側で前記スイッチ作動体と当接する面と前記領域内において前記第1位置に連接する部分との接続部において、前記操作レバーの回動軸と直交する断面に関し、前記第1位置より手前側で前記スイッチ作動体と当接する前記面に接する仮想接線と前記第1位置に連接する前記部分に接する仮想接線とは共通することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のレバースイッチ。
