Description
実施例1
断面の平均直径が10μm~20μmであるガラス繊維を用いて綾織製織構造を有するガラス繊維製織シートを製造した後、これらをそれぞれ7層直交積層して網構造の繊維構造体を製造した。
粒子状難燃剤として粒径が5μm~10μmであり、比重が1.8である燐系難燃剤を用いたことを除いては、前記実施例1と同じ方法で熱可塑性複合材を製造した。
粒子の最大大きさが3mmであるペレット(pellet)状のポリプロピレン樹脂原料を冷凍粉碎して、粒径が50μmを超えるポリプロピレン樹脂粒子を熱可塑性樹脂粒子として用いたことを除いては、前記実施例1と同じ方法で熱可塑性複合材を製造した。
前記実施例1-2及び比較例1の熱可塑性複合材をそれぞれ180℃~220℃の温度及び1ton~7tonの圧力下で、20分~30分間熱圧着してパネルを製造した。次に、前記パネルに対して下記のように物性を評価した。
前記実施例1-2及び比較例1の熱可塑性複合材から製造された前記パネルに対して、125mm×13mm・20mm(長さ・幅・厚さ)のバー(bar)状の試片を設けた。次に、各々の試片の長さ方向の一末端をクランプで固定し、固定した試片の下段に脱脂綿を敷いておいた。次に、下記に記載したUL 94 V Test規格テスト(Vertical Burning Test)法で難燃性を評価しており、下表1に記載した評価基準に従って難燃等級を評価した結果を表2に記載した。
1.20mm長さの炎を0秒間試片に1次接炎した後、試片の燃焼時間t1を測定しており、燃焼の様子を記録した。
Claims (5)
- 断面の平均直径が15μm~20μmである連続繊維からなる繊維製織シートが積層された構造及び網構造を含む繊維構造体を製造するステップ;
粒径(particle diameter)が1μm~50μmである熱可塑性樹脂粒子を製造するステップ;
粒径が1μm~10μmであり比重が1~3である、前記粒子状難燃剤を、前記熱可塑性樹脂粒子100重量部に対し、20~30重量部と、前記熱可塑性樹脂粒子をボールミル(ball-mill)方式で乾式混合するステップと;及び、
混合した前記熱可塑性樹脂粒子と前記粒子状難燃剤を前記繊維構造体の内部に乾式含浸させるステップを含む、
熱可塑性複合材の製造方法。 - 前記粒径(particle diameter)が1μm~50μmである熱可塑性樹脂粒子を製造するステップは、
熱可塑性樹脂を押出機に投入するステップ;
前記熱可塑性樹脂から熱可塑性溶融樹脂噴射液を形成するステップ;及び、
前記熱可塑性溶融樹脂噴射液を噴射ノズルで噴射すると同時に冷却して、粒径(particle diameter)が1μm~50μmである熱可塑性樹脂粒子を得るステップを含む、
請求項1に記載の熱可塑性複合材の製造方法。 - 前記熱可塑性樹脂から熱可塑性溶融樹脂噴射液を形成するステップは、
前記熱可塑性樹脂を噴射ノズルに移動させるステップ;及び、
前記熱可塑性樹脂が噴射ノズルで加熱されて、熱可塑性溶融樹脂噴射液が形成されるステップを含む、
請求項2に記載の熱可塑性複合材の製造方法。 - 前記熱可塑性溶融樹脂噴射液は、前記噴射ノズルに空気とともに注入される、
請求項2に記載の熱可塑性複合材の製造方法。 - 前記繊維構造体の内部に混合した前記熱可塑性樹脂粒子と前記粒子状難燃剤を含浸させるステップは、前記熱可塑性樹脂粒子と前記粒子状難燃剤を前記繊維構造体上に分散して、前記繊維構造体の網構造の中に入るようにするステップである、
請求項1に記載の熱可塑性複合材の製造方法。
