Description
コア16は環状コア14とともに、差動モード干渉を低減する設定可能なインダクタンスを形成する。コア16は差動モード干渉によって生じる磁束線Fに磁路を与え、これによって差動モードインダクタンスの生成を可能とする。この差動モードインダクタンスの大きさは、第1の間隔A1によって設定することができる。

Claims (10)
- バッテリー(HV)の陽極と接続する第1のバスバー(3)と、前記バッテリー(HV)の陰極と接続する第2のバスバー(4)と、強磁性の材料によって製造されて前記第1のバスバー(3)と前記第2のバスバー(4)を囲む環状コア(14)を備えるとともに、コモンモード干渉と差動モード干渉を低減するフィルタ(7)と、を備えるインバータ(I)であって、
別の強磁性の材料によって製造されるコア(16)が、環状コア(14)によって囲まれて前記第1のバスバー(3)と前記第2のバスバー(4)との間に形成される中間領域(Z)に設けられる、ことを特徴とするインバータ(I)。 - 予め定められた第1の間隔(A1)が、前記コア(16)と対向する前記環状コア(14)の各内側面との間に設けられる、請求項1に記載のインバータ(I)。
- 予め定められた第2の間隔(A2)が、前記コア(16)と隣接する前記バスバー(3、4)のそれぞれとの間に設けられる、請求項1または2に記載のインバータ(I)。
- 前記バスバー(3、4)は、互いに向かい合い、前記コア(16)を断面視において囲む凹部(17)をそれぞれ有する、請求項1から3のいずれか1つに記載のインバータ(I)。
- 前記強磁性の材料および/または前記別の強磁性の材料の第1の比透磁率μr1は103より大きい、請求項1から4のいずれか1つに記載のインバータ(I)。
- 前記コア(16)は保持具によって前記環状コア(14)内に保持され、前記保持具を形成する材料の第2の比透磁率μr2は10より小さい、請求項1から5のいずれか1つに記載のインバータ(I)。
- 前記保持具はプラスチックによって形成される、請求項6に記載のインバータ(I)。
- 前記環状コア(14)はナノ結晶質の強磁性の材料によって製造されるトロイダルコアである、請求項1から7のいずれか1つに記載のインバータ(I)。
- 前記強磁性の材料および/または前記別の強磁性の材料はフェリ磁性の材料である、請求項1から8のいずれか1つに記載のインバータ(I)。
- 前記環状コア(14)は円形、楕円形、または略矩形のパススルー面(15)を有する、請求項1から9のいずれか1つに記載のインバータ(I)。
