[0003] 现有技术的光伏滤波器,为了增加强度需要采用3mm厚铝板为滤波外壳,其重要元件磁环是通过螺钉固定在滤波器外壳上的,该种固定方式需要在体积较为狭小的滤波器空间内对磁环进行对准螺孔并拧紧螺钉的操作,由于光伏滤波器内元件较多使得其安装较为困难,对组装设备的精度要求也高,不利于生产成本的降低。

[0009] 进一步的,所述灌封区为由第一侧板、第二侧板、前板以及后板围成的空间,所述第一侧板和第二侧板位于所述磁环及母排的两侧,所述前板和所述后板位于所述第一侧板和第二侧板的两端,所述滤波器还包括印刷电路板,所述印刷电路板固接于所述第一侧板或者第二侧板,所述印刷电路板位于所述灌封区外侧。
[0010] 进一步的,所述灌封区为由第一侧板、第二侧板、前板、后板、底板以及顶板围成的空间,所述第一侧板和第二侧板位于所述磁环及母排的两侧,所述前板和所述后板位于所述第一侧板和第二侧板的两端,所述底板位于所述灌封区的下方,所述顶板位于所述灌封区的上方,所述滤波器还包括印刷电路板,所述印刷电路板固接于所述顶板,所述印刷电路板位于所述灌封区外侧。
[0011] 更进一步的,所述前板和所述后板的高度为所述磁环直径的1/3到1/2之间;所述外壳为招板外壳,所述招板外壳的招板厚度为1.0mm到1.5mm之间。

[0014] 一种轻量化光伏滤波器,包括外壳,外壳内部固接有磁环和母排,母排穿过磁环,外壳内部还设有灌封区;磁环设置于灌封区,母排穿过灌封区,灌封区内设置有灌封胶,磁环和母排通过灌封胶固接于外壳。与现有技术直接在外壳内部设置灌封胶相比,在外壳内部增加一个空间较小的灌封区,首先,可达到合理控制灌封胶用量的目的,可使用少量灌封胶即可对磁环和母排进行固定,减少了滤波器整体重量;其次,灌封区对磁环及母排等核心部件起到一定的保护作用,因此外壳可以采用较薄的材质制成,降低成本的同时产品整体强度保持不变甚至更好,再次,灌封胶被控制在灌封区内,再加上外壳的双重保护,有效防止滤波器漏胶。

[0028] 本实用新型的一种轻量化光伏滤波器,其实施例一应用在交流滤波上,其结构如图1所示,包括外壳I,外壳I内部固接有磁环2和交流母排61,交流母排61穿过磁环2 ;夕卜壳I内部还设有灌封区3,磁环2下半部分设置于灌封区3内,交流母排61穿过灌封区3,灌封区3内设置有灌封胶,磁环2和交流母排61通过灌封胶固接于所述外壳I。该实施例中,磁环2和交流母排61是通过灌进灌封区3里面的灌封胶所固定,这样的封装方法快捷简单,封装效果较好,且能保护元件。
[0029] 具体的在结构方面,灌封区为4块片材围成,片材为铝板,使用铝板在达到强度要求情况下可有效减轻滤波器的重量。4块片材包括有第一侧板31、第二侧板32、前板33以及后板36,第一侧板31和第二侧板32位于磁环2及交流母排61的两侧,前板33和后板36位于第一侧板31和第二侧板32的两端;上述片材通过螺钉固接形成空腔,该空腔可为方形、圆形、椭圆形等形状。滤波器中还包括印刷电路板4,印刷电路板4通过螺钉固接于第一侧板31或者第二侧板32上,印刷电路板4位于灌封区3外侧。该实施例中,前板33和后板36的高度为磁环2直径的1/2,该高度可控制加入灌封胶的高度为磁环2高度的一半,用量适中。由上述结构构成的灌封区3可将灌封胶的用量减少,在灌封区3内灌入少量的灌封胶即可固定磁环2和交流母排61,不必将灌封胶灌满整个外壳I内部。
[0030] 具体的,外壳I为铝板外壳;铝板外壳的铝板厚度为1.0mm,由于灌封区3内的灌封胶对磁环2及交流母排61等核心部件起到一定的保护作用,因此外壳I可以采用较薄的铝板制成,可保持整体强度的同时降低成本。交流母排61与铝板外壳I的连接处套有绝缘套5,招属于导电材料,该绝缘套5可起到绝缘保护作用。

[0032] 本实用新型的一种轻量化光伏滤波器的具体实施方式二,本实施例的主要技术方案与实施例一相同,在本实施例中未解释的特征,采用实施例一中的解释,在此不再进行赘述。本实施例与实施例一的区别在于,本实施例应用在直流滤波上。其结构如图2所示,具体的本实施例的灌封区3为由第一侧板31、第二侧板32、前板33、后板36、底板35以及顶板34围成的空间,第一侧板31和第二侧板32位于磁环2及直流母排62的两侧,前板33和后板36位于第一侧板31和第二侧板32的两端,底板35位于灌封区3的下方,顶板34位于灌封区3的上方,印刷电路板4固接于顶板34。该实施例中前板33和后板36的高度为磁环2直径的1/3,外壳铝板的厚度为1.5mm。直流滤波器的直流母排62所占空间较少,且其磁环2数目也较少,采用上述结构可减少热固胶的用量同时使得滤波器内部结构更为紧凑,并减少整个滤波器的体积。

1.一种轻量化光伏滤波器,包括外壳,所述外壳内部固接有磁环和母排,所述母排穿过所述磁环,其特征在于:所述外壳内部还设有灌封区,所述磁环设置于所述灌封区,所述母排穿过所述灌封区,所述灌封区内设置有灌封胶,所述磁环和所述母排通过所述灌封胶固接于所述外壳。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种轻量化光伏滤波器,其特征在于:所述灌封区为由若干个片材围成的空间。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种轻量化光伏滤波器,其特征在于:所述灌封区为由第一侧板、第二侧板、前板以及后板围成的空间,所述第一侧板和第二侧板位于所述磁环及母排的两侧,所述前板和所述后板位于所述第一侧板和第二侧板的两端,所述滤波器还包括印刷电路板,所述印刷电路板固接于所述第一侧板或者第二侧板,所述印刷电路板位于所述灌封区外侧。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种轻量化光伏滤波器,其特征在于:所述灌封区为由第一侧板、第二侧板、前板、后板、底板以及顶板围成的空间,所述第一侧板和第二侧板位于所述磁环及母排的两侧,所述前板和所述后板位于所述第一侧板和第二侧板的两端,所述底板位于所述灌封区的下方,所述顶板位于所述灌封区的上方,所述滤波器还包括印刷电路板,所述印刷电路板固接于所述顶板,所述印刷电路板位于所述灌封区外侧。
5.根据权利要求3或4任意一项所述的一种轻量化光伏滤波器,其特征在于:所述前板和所述后板的高度为所述磁环直径的1/3到1/2之间。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种轻量化光伏滤波器,其特征在于:所述外壳为招板外壳,所述片材为铝板。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种轻量化光伏滤波器,其特征在于:所述铝板外壳的铝板厚度为1.0mm到1.5mm之间。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种轻量化光伏滤波器,其特征在于:所述若干片材通过螺钉固接。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种轻量化光伏滤波器,其特征在于:所述母排与所述铝板外壳的连接处套有绝缘套。
10.根据权利要求9所述的一种轻量化光伏滤波器,其特征在于:所述母排为交流母排或直流母排中的一种。
