Description
1、手術器具は寸法が異なり、寸法が小さい器具は強度が不十分であり、寸法が大きい器具はうまく器具経路に挿入できず、単独でしか使用できない。
2、光学経路は器具経路の片側に固定されて設置され、器具の操作の観察時、死角がある。

- 作業経路(1)とサブ内視鏡(2)とを含み、
前記作業経路(1)はメイン経路(11)とサブ経路(12)と取手(13)とを含み、前記メイン経路(11)とサブ経路(12)と取手(13)とは相互に剛性的に接続され、メイン経路(11)及びサブ経路(12)の入口は取手(13)に設置され、
前記メイン経路(11)とサブ経路(12)との間は鋭角となるように設置され、メイン経路(11)とサブ経路(12)とは出口(14,16)において密着し、入口において離間しており、
サブ内視鏡(2)は、サブ経路(12)内に設置され、サブ洗浄経路(21)とサブ光学経路(22)とはサブ内視鏡(2)内に設置され、サブ内視鏡(2)内には器具経路が設置されておらず、
前記メイン経路(11)内には、メイン内視鏡(3)、または、手術器具(4)が設置され、前記メイン内視鏡(3)内にはメイン洗浄経路(31)、メイン光学経路(32)及びメイン器具経路(33)が設置され、
前記サブ経路(12)は、メイン経路(11)よりも短く、前記サブ経路(12)の出口(16)は、前記メイン経路(11)の出口(14)よりも取手(13)寄りに位置し、かつ、前記メイン経路(11)の側面に密着し、
前記メイン経路(11)の出口(14)と前記サブ経路(12)の出口(16)との間の前記メイン経路(11)の側面には、前記サブ経路(12)の出口(16)に接するように内視鏡視野孔(15)が設けられ、前記内視鏡視野孔(15)は、前記メイン経路の出口と連通している、
ことを特徴とする多経路の低侵襲経路用内視鏡。 - 前記メイン経路(11)とサブ経路(12)と取手(13)とは一体化されて構成され、メイン経路(11)は補強用リブ(17)を介してサブ経路(12)と接続される、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の多経路の低侵襲経路用内視鏡。
- 前記メイン経路(11)の直径はサブ経路(12)の直径より大きい、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の多経路の低侵襲経路用内視鏡。
