Description
第1に、電圧検出器(Alternating Current Potential Transformer:以下、「ACPT」の略称も用いる)が相間で短絡故障した場合に、電動機開放用開閉器(MCOK)が釈放(すなわち開放)した状態にあると、電流検出器で電圧検出器の相間短絡電流を検出できないといった課題がある。なお、これに対し、インバータ装置と電動機、なかでもPMSMの場合は特に、その電動機との接続が切断された場合であっても、インバータ装置側に付設又は内蔵された電流計で、電動機が発生する回生電流を検出したいという要望があった。
図9は、比較例1に係る三相交流電動機用駆動装置(比較装置71)の構成図である。図9に比較例1として示す比較装置71は、インバータ装置1とPMSM_2’との接続配線に、相別の電流検出器11a,11bと、MCOK_A_4a~4cと、が介挿されている。そのほか、比較装置71は、相間にACPT_21aが配設されている。
図10は、比較装置72の構成図である。図10に比較例2として示す比較装置72は、一般的な直流電気車としての鉄道車両の用途を例示している。比較装置72が直流電気車ならば、一方は直流電車線に接続され、他方は、車輪等の接地をとる部分と接続される構成である。直流電車線に対し、平滑コンデンサ3の直流電源上位側が、平滑リアクトル51と集電装置であるパンタグラフ52を介して接続される。
[1]本装置61,62は、負荷としての三相交流電動機2をインバータ装置1で駆動する三相交流電動機用駆動装置である。これに用いるインバータ装置1は、電流制御部を複数個有し、電源から供給される直流電力をU,V,W相三相交流電力に変換して負荷を駆動する。
Claims (13)
- 負荷を駆動する三相交流電動機用駆動装置であって、
一方向に流れる電流を導通又は遮断する電流制御素子と該電流制御素子に対し並列接続されており当該電流制御素子と逆方向に電流を導通させる整流素子とを組み合わせた電流制御部を複数個有し、電源から供給される直流電力を三相交流電力に変換して前記負荷を駆動するインバータ装置と、
前記インバータ装置と前記負荷を電気的に接続するか又は切り離しを行う電動機開放用開閉器と、
三相の相間の電圧を検出するために少なくとも二相の回路に各端子が接続された電圧検出器と、
三相の相電流を検出する電流検出器と、
を備え、
前記インバータ装置から前記負荷までの接続において、前記インバータ装置、前記電動機開放用開閉器、前記電圧検出器、前記電流検出器、及び前記負荷、の順に並んでいる、
三相交流電動機用駆動装置。 - 前記電動機開放用開閉器は、前記インバータ装置と前記電圧検出器との接続点の間に接続されている、

請求項1に記載の三相交流電動機用駆動装置。 - 請求項1~6の何れか1項に記載の三相交流電動機用駆動装置を備えた鉄道車両。
- 電源から供給される直流電力を三相交流電力に変換するインバータ装置が三相交流電動機を負荷として駆動する方法であって、
前記インバータ装置は、一方向に流れる電流を導通又は遮断する電流制御素子及び該電流制御素子と並列に接続して当該電流制御素子と逆方向に電流を導通させる整流素子とを組み合わせた電流制御部を複数個有し、
前記インバータ装置から前記負荷まで、前記インバータ装置、電動機開放用開閉器、電圧検出器、電流検出器、及び前記負荷の順序で接続されている回路構成のうちの、少なくとも二相の回路に各端子が接続された前記電圧検出器が、三相の相間電圧を検出し、
前記電流検出器が三相の相電流を検出し、
前記検出された前記相間電圧又は前記相電流に基づいて、前記インバータ装置と前記負荷との間に接続された電動機開放用開閉器により前記インバータ装置と前記負荷とを電気的に接続するか又は切り離す、
