Description
Claims (7)
- タービンインペラが設けられたシャフトと、
軸受孔に収容され、前記シャフトに設けられる内輪、および、外周と一方の側面とに跨る切り欠き部を含むダンパ部が形成される外輪を有する一対の転がり軸受と、
前記タービンインペラ側に設けられた前記転がり軸受の外輪の前記側面に対し、前記タービンインペラ側から対向する対向面であって、少なくとも前記切り欠き部および前記外輪の前記側面に対向する第1給油溝と、当該対向面のうち前記第1給油溝が形成されていない残りの部位であり、前記外輪の前記側面に最も近接する対向部と、を含む、対向面と、
を備える軸受構造。 - 前記外輪は、前記軸受孔が形成されたベアリングハウジングに対して回転自在である請求項1に記載の軸受構造。
- 前記第1給油溝は、少なくとも前記外輪の側面のうち、最も径方向の内側に前記シャフトの軸方向に対向する位置まで延在する、請求項1または2に記載の軸受構造。
- 前記軸受孔の内周面に形成され、前記ダンパ部に対向し、前記第1給油溝まで前記シャフトの軸方向に延在する第2給油溝
を備える請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の軸受構造。 - 前記軸受孔の内周面において、前記タービンインペラ側に設けられた前記転がり軸受に向って開口する第1油路と、
前記軸受孔の内周面において、コンプレッサインペラ側に設けられた前記転がり軸受に向って開口する第2油路と、
前記軸受孔の内周面のうち、前記第1油路と前記第2油路の間に開口する第3油路と、
を備える請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の軸受構造。 - 前記一対の転がり軸受は、アンギュラベアリングであって、正面組み合わせとなっている請求項5に記載の軸受構造。
- 請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の前記軸受構造を備える過給機。
