Claims (8)
- 弾性波フィルタであって、
圧電層と、
前記圧電層上に一体化して配置される第1弾性共振器構造および第2弾性共振器構造と、
前記圧電層上に一体化して配置される第1集中容量性構造および第2集中容量性構造であって、第1集中容量性構造が第1弾性共振器構造と並列に電気的に結合され、第2集中容量性構造が第2弾性共振器構造と並列に電気的に結合される、第1集中容量性構造および第2集中容量性構造と、
前記圧電層上に一体化して配置される金属化信号面であって、前記金属化信号面は、入力信号面部分及び出力信号面部分を備える、金属化信号面と、
前記圧電層上に一体化して配置される金属化接地面と、
を備え、
第1弾性共振器構造及び第1集中容量性構造は、前記入力信号面部分と前記出力信号面部分との間に電気的に結合され、第2弾性共振器構造及び第2集中容量性構造は、前記金属化信号面と前記金属化接地面との間に電気的に結合され、第1集中容量性構造は、前記金属化信号面内で全体的に入れ子状にされ、第2集中容量性構造は、前記金属化信号面及び前記金属化接地面の一方内で全体的に入れ子状にされる、
弾性波フィルタ。 - 第2弾性共振器構造は、前記金属化信号面及び前記金属化接地面の一方に直接接続される、請求項1に記載の弾性波フィルタ。
- 第2集中容量性構造は、前記金属化信号面及び前記金属化接地面の一方に直接接続される、請求項1に記載の弾性波フィルタ。
- 第2弾性共振器構造は、平面的に互いに噛み合わされた共振器フィンガーの配置を備え、第2集中容量性構造は、平面的に互いに噛み合わされた容量性フィンガーの配置を備える、請求項1に記載の弾性波フィルタ。
- 前記互いに噛み合わされた共振器フィンガー及び前記互いに噛み合わされた容量性フィンガーは、互いに直交する、請求項4に記載の弾性波フィルタ。
- 前記圧電層は、圧電基板である、請求項1に記載の弾性波フィルタ。
- 非圧電基板を更に備え、前記圧電層は、前記非圧電基板上に一体化して配置される、請求項1に記載の弾性波フィルタ。
- 前記圧電層は、薄膜圧電物質である、請求項7に記載の弾性波フィルタ。
