- 第1方向に曲がったフレキシブル基板と、
前記フレキシブル基板上に位置し、前記第1方向と交差する第2方向に延長されたブリッジを含むタッチセンサ部と、
を含み、
前記タッチセンサ部が、
前記フレキシブル基板上に位置し、それぞれが第3方向に相互離隔して配置された複数の第1センシング電極と、
前記複数の第1センシング電極それぞれの間を接続する接続部と、
前記フレキシブル基板上に位置し、それぞれが前記第3方向と交差する第4方向に相互離隔して配置された複数の第2センシング電極と、
前記接続部と前記ブリッジの間に位置し、前記接続部を覆っている島形態のパターンである絶縁パターンと、
をさらに含み、
前記ブリッジが前記接続部上に位置し、前記複数の第2センシング電極それぞれの間を接続し、
前記複数の第2センシング電極、及び前記ブリッジは異なる層に形成され、
前記ブリッジは前記絶縁パターンの縁部周辺で隣接した二つの第2センシング電極の上面と接触し、前記二つの第2センシング電極と前記ブリッジの二つの接触部分が離隔した方向は前記フレキシブル基板が曲がった前記第1方向と交差し、
前記二つの接触部分は、前記絶縁パターンが覆っている前記第2センシング電極の端から離隔している部分であり、
前記絶縁パターンは、屈曲した表面を有し、前記ブリッジは前記パターンの前記屈曲した表面に沿って屈曲されて延長され、
前記第1センシング電極、前記接続部及び前記第2センシング電極は同一の材料を含み、前記ブリッジは前記第2センシング電極と異なる材料を含み、
前記第2方向は前記第1方向と垂直である、フレキシブルタッチパネル。 - 前記第1センシング電極及び前記接続部が一体に形成される、請求項1に記載のフレキシブルタッチパネル。
- 前記第2センシング電極が前記第1センシング電極と同一層に位置する、請求項2に記載のフレキシブルタッチパネル。
- 前記ブリッジが複数あり、
複数の前記ブリッジが隣接する前記第2センシング電極の間を接続する、請求項1に記載のフレキシブルタッチパネル。 - 前記第2方向と前記第4方向が5°から80°の交角を形成する、請求項1に記載のフレキシブルタッチパネル。
- 前記第3方向が前記第1方向と平行である、請求項1に記載のフレキシブルタッチパネル。
- 請求項1~6に記載のフレキシブルタッチパネルのいずれか一つと、
イメージを表示し、前記第1方向に曲がったフレキシブル表示パネルと、
を含むフレキシブル表示装置。 - 前記タッチセンサ部上に位置し、前記第1方向に曲がったウィンドウをさらに含む、請求項7に記載のフレキシブル表示装置。
