Description
揺動線において1つ以上のタイヤ部品を支持することと、
キャリッジを並進ガイドに沿って並進方向に並進変位させることと、
を行うステップを備える。
以下に、本願出願の当初の特許請求の範囲に記載された発明を付記する。
[1] タイヤ部品を接合又は切断するためのタイヤ組立装置であって、前記タイヤ組立装置は、タイヤ部品を接合又は切断するために揺動線に沿って揺動運動で揺動面において移動可能な揺動部材を備え、前記タイヤ組立装置は、前記揺動線に平行な並進方向に延在する並進ガイドと、前記並進ガイドに沿って前記並進方向に並進変位可能なキャリッジとを備え、前記揺動部材は、一端において円の小円弧を画定する凸状縁部を有し、且つ他端において少なくとも前記円と同心の回転中心まで延在する本体を備え、前記揺動部材は、前記回転中心で前記キャリッジによって支持され、前記回転中心を通って前記揺動面に垂直に延在する回転軸の周りで前記キャリッジに対して角変位可能である、タイヤ組立装置。
[2] 前記タイヤ組立装置は、前記並進方向における前記キャリッジの前記並進変位と組み合わせて、前記揺動運動をもたらす前記回転軸の周りの前記揺動部材の前記角変位を制御するための回転ガイドを更に備える、[1]に記載のタイヤ組立装置。
[3] 前記回転ガイドは、ラジアン単位での前記揺動部材の前記角変位を、ラジアン単位での前記キャリッジの前記並進変位に対して1:1の比率で制御するように配置される、[2]に記載のタイヤ組立装置。
[4] 前記回転ガイドは、ラジアン単位での前記揺動部材の前記角変位を、ラジアン単位での前記キャリッジの前記並進変位に対して1:0.9~1:1.1の範囲内の比率で制御するように配置される、[2]に記載のタイヤ組立装置。
[5] 前記回転ガイドは、前記揺動運動中に、ラジアン単位での前記揺動部材の前記角変位と、ラジアン単位での前記キャリッジの前記並進変位との前記比率を可変に制御するように配置される、[4]に記載のタイヤ組立装置。
[6] 前記回転ガイドは、制御運動を提供するためのアクチュエータと、前記制御運動を前記揺動部材に課すために前記アクチュエータを前記揺動部材に接続する接続部材とを備える、[2]~[5]のいずれか一項に記載のタイヤ組立装置。
[7] 前記アクチュエータは、回転制御運動を提供するための回転アクチュエータであり、前記回転ガイドは、前記回転制御運動を往復制御運動に変換するクランクシャフトを備える、[6]に記載のタイヤ組立装置。
[8] 前記接続部材は、前記回転中心から離間した制御点で前記クランクシャフトを前記揺動部材に回転可能に接続するロッドを更に備える、[7]に記載のタイヤ組立装置。
[9] 前記ロッドは、前記揺動運動中に前記制御点をサイクロイド経路に沿って移動させるように配置され、前記制御点は、前記揺動運動中に前記サイクロイド経路内の尖頭を通って移動するように配置される、[8]に記載のタイヤ組立装置。
[10] 前記回転ガイドは、前記並進ガイドに対して固定位置にあるガイドスロット又はガイドリッジを備え、前記回転ガイドは、前記揺動部材に対して固定位置にある前記回転中心から離間され、且つ前記並進方向における前記キャリッジの前記並進変位中に前記ガイドスロット又は前記ガイドリッジと係合しそれに従うように配置されたガイドローラを更に備える、[2]~[5]のいずれか一項に記載のタイヤ組立装置。
[11] 前記ガイドスロット又は前記ガイドリッジは、前記揺動運動中に前記ガイドローラが従うべきサイクロイド経路に沿って延在する、[10]に記載のタイヤ組立装置。
[12] 前記タイヤ組立装置は、前記揺動線に垂直な高さ方向に延在する高さ調整ガイドを更に備え、前記揺動部材は、前記高さ調整ガイドに沿って前記高さ方向に移動可能である、[1]~[11]のいずれか一項に記載のタイヤ組立装置。
[13] 前記高さ調整ガイドは、前記キャリッジに対して前記高さ方向に前記揺動部材を移動させるために、前記キャリッジと前記揺動部材との間に配置される、[12]に記載のタイヤ組立装置。
[14] タイヤ組立装置は、前記キャリッジに対する当接位置に固定可能であり、且つ前記揺動部材の下限で前記当接位置において前記揺動部材に当接するように配置される当接部材を更に備える、[13]に記載のタイヤ組立装置。
[15] 前記当接部材は、前記揺動部材の前記下限を調整するために、前記高さ方向に対して平行又は横方向の調整方向に調整可能である、[14]に記載のタイヤ組立装置。
[16] 前記タイヤ組立装置は、前記キャリッジが調整部材へと移動するときに、前記当接部材に接触するように前記並進ガイドに対して固定位置にある前記調整部材を更に備え、前記調整部材は、前記接触によって前記当接部材を前記調整方向に変位させるように配置される、[15]に記載のタイヤ組立装置。
[17] 前記タイヤ組立装置は、前記揺動部材に対して前記揺動線において前記揺動部材に沿って前記タイヤ部品を押さえ付けるために前記揺動面の対側で前記揺動線に平行に延在する、第1のクランプ部材及び第2のクランプ部材を更に備える、[1]~[16]のいずれか一項に記載のタイヤ組立装置。
[18] 前記第1のクランプ部材及び前記第2のクランプ部材は、前記揺動線から離れて移動可能である、[17]に記載のタイヤ組立装置。
[19] 前記凸状縁部はスプライシング縁部である、[1]~[18]のいずれか一項に記載のタイヤ組立装置。
[20] 前記凸状縁部は切れ刃である、[1]~[18]のいずれか一項に記載のタイヤ組立装置。
[21] 前記揺動部材は、前記回転中心と前記凸状縁部との間に半径を有し、前記凸状縁部は、2ラジアン未満の長さを有する、[1]~[20]のいずれか一項に記載のタイヤ組立装置。
[22] 前記凸状縁部は、1ラジアン未満の長さを有する、[21]に記載のタイヤ組立装置。
[23] [1]~[22]のいずれか一項に記載のタイヤ組立装置を使用してタイヤ部品を接合又は切断するための方法であって、前記方法は、
揺動線において1つ以上のタイヤ部品を支持することと、
前記キャリッジを前記並進ガイドに沿って前記並進方向に並進変位させることと
を行うステップを備える、方法。
[24] 前記タイヤ組立装置は、回転ガイドを更に備え、前記方法は、前記並進方向における前記キャリッジの前記並進変位と組み合わせて前記揺動運動をもたらす前記回転軸の周りの前記揺動部材の角変位を制御するために前記回転ガイドを使用するステップを更に備える、[23]に記載の方法。
[25] ラジアン単位での前記揺動部材の前記角変位は、ラジアン単位での前記キャリッジの前記並進変位に対して1:1の比率で制御される、[24]に記載の方法。
[26] ラジアン単位での前記揺動部材の前記角変位は、ラジアン単位での前記キャリッジの前記並進変位に対して1:0.9~1:1.1の範囲内の比率で制御される、[24]に記載の方法。
[27] ラジアン単位での前記揺動部材の前記角変位とラジアン単位での前記キャリッジの前記並進変位との前記比率は、前記揺動運動中に可変に制御される、[26]に記載の方法。
[28] 前記凸状縁部はスプライシング縁部であり、前記方法は、前記揺動運動を用いて前記タイヤ部品をスプライシングするステップを備える、[23]~[27]のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
[29] 前記凸状縁部は切れ刃であり、前記方法は、前記揺動運動を用いてタイヤ部品を切断するステップを備える、[23]~[27]のいずれか一項に記載の方法。

Claims (27)
- タイヤ部品を接合又は切断するためのタイヤ組立装置であって、前記タイヤ組立装置は、タイヤ部品を接合又は切断するために揺動線に沿って揺動運動で揺動面において移動可能な揺動部材を備え、前記タイヤ組立装置は、前記揺動線に平行な並進方向に延在する並進ガイドと、前記並進ガイドに沿って前記並進方向に並進変位可能なキャリッジとを備え、前記揺動部材は、一端において円の小円弧を画定する凸状縁部を有し、且つ他端において少なくとも前記円と同心の回転中心まで延在する本体を備え、前記揺動部材は、前記回転中心で前記キャリッジによって支持され、前記回転中心を通って前記揺動面に垂直に延在する回転軸の周りで前記キャリッジに対して角変位可能であり、
前記タイヤ組立装置は、前記並進方向における前記キャリッジの前記並進変位と組み合わせて、前記揺動運動をもたらす前記回転軸の周りの前記揺動部材の前記角変位を制御するための回転ガイドを更に備える、タイヤ組立装置。 - 前記回転ガイドは、ラジアン単位での前記揺動部材の前記角変位を、ラジアン単位での前記キャリッジの前記並進変位に対して1:1の比率で制御するように配置される、請求項1に記載のタイヤ組立装置。
- 前記回転ガイドは、ラジアン単位での前記揺動部材の前記角変位を、ラジアン単位での前記キャリッジの前記並進変位に対して1:0.9~1:1.1の範囲内の比率で制御するように配置される、請求項1に記載のタイヤ組立装置。
- 前記回転ガイドは、前記揺動運動中に、ラジアン単位での前記揺動部材の前記角変位と、ラジアン単位での前記キャリッジの前記並進変位との前記比率を可変に制御するように配置される、請求項3に記載のタイヤ組立装置。
- 前記回転ガイドは、制御運動を提供するためのアクチュエータと、前記制御運動を前記揺動部材に課すために前記アクチュエータを前記揺動部材に接続する接続部材とを備える、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載のタイヤ組立装置。
- 前記アクチュエータは、回転制御運動を提供するための回転アクチュエータであり、前記回転ガイドは、前記回転制御運動を往復制御運動に変換するクランクシャフトを備える、請求項5に記載のタイヤ組立装置。
- 前記接続部材は、前記回転中心から離間した制御点で前記クランクシャフトを前記揺動部材に回転可能に接続するロッドを更に備える、請求項6に記載のタイヤ組立装置。
- 前記ロッドは、前記揺動運動中に前記制御点をサイクロイド経路に沿って移動させるように配置され、前記制御点は、前記揺動運動中に前記サイクロイド経路内の尖頭を通って移動するように配置される、請求項7に記載のタイヤ組立装置。
- 前記回転ガイドは、前記並進ガイドに対して固定位置にあるガイドスロット又はガイドリッジを備え、前記回転ガイドは、前記揺動部材に対して固定位置にある前記回転中心から離間され、且つ前記並進方向における前記キャリッジの前記並進変位中に前記ガイドスロット又は前記ガイドリッジと係合しそれに従うように配置されたガイドローラを更に備える、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載のタイヤ組立装置。
- 前記ガイドスロット又は前記ガイドリッジは、前記揺動運動中に前記ガイドローラが従うべきサイクロイド経路に沿って延在する、請求項9に記載のタイヤ組立装置。
- 前記タイヤ組立装置は、前記揺動線に垂直な高さ方向に延在する高さ調整ガイドを更に備え、前記揺動部材は、前記高さ調整ガイドに沿って前記高さ方向に移動可能である、請求項1~10のいずれか一項に記載のタイヤ組立装置。
- 前記高さ調整ガイドは、前記キャリッジに対して前記高さ方向に前記揺動部材を移動させるために、前記キャリッジと前記揺動部材との間に配置される、請求項11に記載のタイヤ組立装置。
- タイヤ組立装置は、前記キャリッジに対する当接位置に固定可能であり、且つ前記揺動部材の下限で前記当接位置において前記揺動部材に当接するように配置される当接部材を更に備える、請求項12に記載のタイヤ組立装置。
- 前記当接部材は、前記揺動部材の前記下限を調整するために、前記高さ方向に対して平行又は横方向の調整方向に調整可能である、請求項13に記載のタイヤ組立装置。
- 前記タイヤ組立装置は、前記キャリッジが調整部材へと移動するときに、前記当接部材に接触するように前記並進ガイドに対して固定位置にある前記調整部材を更に備え、前記調整部材は、前記接触によって前記当接部材を前記調整方向に変位させるように配置される、請求項14に記載のタイヤ組立装置。
- 前記タイヤ組立装置は、前記揺動部材に対して前記揺動線において前記揺動部材に沿って前記タイヤ部品を押さえ付けるために前記揺動面の対側で前記揺動線に平行に延在する、第1のクランプ部材及び第2のクランプ部材を更に備える、請求項1~15のいずれか一項に記載のタイヤ組立装置。
- 前記第1のクランプ部材及び前記第2のクランプ部材は、前記揺動線から離れて移動可能である、請求項16に記載のタイヤ組立装置。
- 前記凸状縁部はスプライシング縁部である、請求項1~17のいずれか一項に記載のタイヤ組立装置。
- 前記凸状縁部は切れ刃である、請求項1~17のいずれか一項に記載のタイヤ組立装置。
- 前記揺動部材は、前記回転中心と前記凸状縁部との間に半径を有し、前記凸状縁部は、2ラジアン未満の長さを有する、請求項1~19のいずれか一項に記載のタイヤ組立装置。
- 前記凸状縁部は、1ラジアン未満の長さを有する、請求項20に記載のタイヤ組立装置。

前記キャリッジを前記並進ガイドに沿って前記並進方向に並進変位させることと、
前記並進方向における前記キャリッジの前記並進変位と組み合わせて前記揺動運動をもたらす前記回転軸の周りの前記揺動部材の角変位を制御するために前記回転ガイドを使用すること
