Description

屋根上に取り付けられた架台に太陽電池モジュールを設置する方法であって、
前記太陽電池モジュールは外周の少なくとも一部に、樹脂を含む材料で形成されたフレームを備え、
前記架台は、溝部が形成された複数本のレールを備え、かつ、一対のレールの互いの溝部が対向するように配置されて形成されており、
前記太陽電池モジュールの前記フレームを、前記溝部に嵌め込むことで、前記太陽電池モジュールを前記一対のレールに保持させる工程と、
前記溝部からの前記太陽電池モジュールの脱落を防止するために前記太陽電池モジュールを前記1対のレールに固定させる工程と、
を備える、太陽電池モジュールの設置方法。

前記架台は、前記1対のレールを横架する横材をさらに備え、該横材は前記1対のレールと前記屋根との間で介在する、項1に記載の設置方法。

前記のレールの少なくとも一方の端部に、前記太陽電池モジュールを係止する係止部材を設ける工程を備える、項1又は2に記載の設置方法。

前記レールは、前記溝部が形成されている面とは反対側の面にも溝部が形成されている、項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の設置方法。
工程A:太陽電池モジュール16のフレーム14を、溝部19に嵌め込むことで、前記太陽電池モジュール16を前記一対のレール18(18a、18b)に保持させる工程。
工程B:前記溝部19からの前記太陽電池モジュール16の脱落を防止するために前記太陽電池モジュール16を前記1対のレール18a、18bに固定させる工程。

Claims (3)
- 屋根上に取り付けられた架台に太陽電池モジュールを設置する方法であって、
前記太陽電池モジュールは外周の少なくとも一部に、樹脂を含む材料で形成されたフレームを備え、
前記架台は、溝部が形成された複数本のレール及び一対の前記レールの一端どうしを横架して設けられている係止部材を備え、かつ、一対のレールの互いの溝部が対向するように配置されて形成されており、
前記太陽電池モジュールの前記フレームを、前記溝部に嵌め込むことで、前記太陽電池モジュールを前記一対のレールに保持させる工程と、
前記溝部からの前記太陽電池モジュールの脱落を防止するために前記太陽電池モジュールを前記1対のレールに固定させる工程と、
を備え、
前記太陽電池モジュールの前記1対のレールへの固定は、係止部材に形成されている溝部に前記太陽電池モジュールの端部を嵌め込むことで行われる、
太陽電池モジュールの設置方法。 - 前記架台は、前記1対のレールを横架する横材をさらに備え、該横材は前記1対のレールと前記屋根との間で介在する、請求項1に記載の設置方法。
- 前記レールは、前記溝部が形成されている面とは反対側の面にも溝部が形成されている、請求項1又は2に記載の設置方法。
